Pavilion Samui Villas & Resort

Beautiful well maintained grounds however, plunge pool rooms are dark and needs maintenance/updating in areas.

Staff and property were top notch!! I’m pretty sure we had best resort on Koh Samui

We had a wonderful week in the 2 Bedroom Pool residence, there are 5 separate villas, adjacent to the hotel that share the hotel's facilities. We were in Villa 905, furthest from the beach but surprisingly quiet and private - you couldn't hear any noise from the road and we were further away from the noisy music of the beach club next door. The villa was spacious, air conditioned and clean with modern fittings, we loved the private pool, roof deck and space to relax. The beach in front of the hotel was clean and calm with warm, clear water and there are lounges on the beach for hotel guests, perfect for beachside cocktails! The staff were all lovely and friendly especially at the generous breakfast buffet. The hotel is well located for the Lamai Night Markets which were a great option for dinner, there are also lots of shops and restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Loved our stay at the Pavilion. Great location. Minutes away from the night market, restaurants and bars. Great beachfront. Staff was friendly, very helpful, and accommodating.

The staff were unbelievably kind. The customer service and pampering was just out of this world. I am so grateful for the extra mile everyone went through to make sure we had an unforgettable vacation. The food, views and everything were magical. The rooms are so nice and romantic. I can’t say enough nice things.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The staff were beyond wonderful and kind, and the breakfast every morning was excellent. We spent a lot of time at the pools and the beach chairs available on the beach were lovely. For me, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. My husband liked the firmness but to me it felt like sleeping on a rock. My biggest complaint is that the hotel allows smoking on the balconies and public areas (including the pools), both cigarettes and marijuana. They say don't smoke in the rooms, but the smoke gets in anyway. We couldn't really enjoy our balcony because others were constantly smoking.

Close to the night market and walking to shopping. Staff was excellent. The villa w/pool will always be remembered. I loved the early morning walks on Lamai beach!

Great resort close to all the restaurants and shops. Very good breakfast. Room was a little on the dark side (dark wood finishes), but nice and clean.

It was a beautiful hotel with great service and the staff were all so helpful and polite. Great location on the beach and short walk to shops, market and restaurants.

I think that if you are headed to Lamai Beach, this is the place to stay. Great rooms. Great staff. Great location. Thank you to all.

Access right to the beach and front street is a massive shopping/dining street. It’s located 3min walk to Lamai market

After reading some of the reviews of this hotels, I was anxious about visiting. However, had an amazing stay! Staff are lovely, breakfast great! Really good location and room was great too! Would recommend.

Place was nice but could use some updating, everything seemed a bit worn out. Breakfast service was very nice

Great place to stay...night market 2 mins away and right on the beach.

Great, convenient location. Propery grounds and facilities very good. Staff pleasant and helpful. Shame about the room itself though. Fixtures and fittings dated, very poor lighting, shower door needs fixing. Overall,room needs some urgent tlc!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of food at buffet breakfast every day. Room was clean and we had our own hydro pool which was very private. Location was perfect, right on the beach and close to the night market. The only thing we would say about the location there is an abandoned building next door which looks dodgy but in general we felt safe in the hotel and surroundings. The room could also do with some cosmetic touch ups but overall we would certainly recommend this hotel!

Did not receive any VIP benefits nor upgrades whatsoever. No mention nor explanation by check-in staff. Good location directly on the beach. Adequate lodging for the price. Very much appreciated the quiet, no noisy music, no kids yelling nor running around.
