One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at!
The most stunning views from my balcony over Phi Phi / set up on the mountainside on the way up towards the viewpoint.
Be warned there are no cars or taxis on phi phi and it’s quite a walk up from the port up a steep hill with steps at the end the resort is built into storeys on the mountainside - wouldn’t recommend it or Phi Phi at all of you had walking difficulties however great communication before my arrival - staff met me from the ferry and carried all my luggage from the port to check in at reception and then to my room - incredible. Also my ferry to Ao Nang being the last departure of the day 1700 I was expecting to have to carry my luggage to the port myself - as they have a timetable of luggage runs to the port the last being 2 or 3pm which was way too early for me having a lot of luggage and fully prepared to take this myself. However the lovely staff helped me down the steep steps regardless which was a massive help - staff were wonderful, place was wonderful - rooms were spacious and really comfy bed and huge bathroom -
Was truly like waking up in paradise just wish I could have stayed longer! Would love to come back!

The room was great and the view from the balcony was amazing from higher up! We saw reviews that there are a lot of stairs to get there but we are medium-fitness level and it was no issue for us. We liked that it wasn’t right next to the main strip because it wasn’t as loud at night. Would recommend!

From Pier to our Resort we have porter to carry your luggage to our resort which takes 10 Minutes walks included with walk up the stairs to our resort.
Please be informed about pick up at the pier. We have staff wearing orange shirts with the sign name "Phi Phi Arboreal Resort" will assist your luggage from the pier to resort and resort to pier for free services. Our Staff waiting for you at the pier from10:30 a.m to 17:30 p.m. When checking out our staff will bring the luggage to the port. Detail time is below : 08:30am / 10:30am / 12:00pm /14:00pm

The breakfast was not very good. I was expecting a buffet and it was not. The room is average and the energy is quite unstable. The sink and the toilet had problems. It is very noisy in the mornings with people talking outside

There are a lot of stairs to the property which is worth noting before booking. Staff at reception could be warmer with their service. The views are breathtaking and the property is close to the viewpoints. There is. Restaurant on site. Room was clean and comfortable.

Magnifique vue panoramique sur l’île.
Hôtel vieillissant mais chambre propre cependant.
Je pourrais y retourner, mais je ne le ferai pas car les bars de la plage a proximité poussent la sono à fond et le havre de paix qu’est cet établissement durant la journée est totalement perturbé jusqu’au bout de la nuit, s’endormir n’est plus un moment agréable… quel dommage!
