Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. Probably the best view in the entire island! We were very surprised at how quiet the hotel was despite being on the pier. Breakfast was disappointing, we require a halal diet which was not available (despite majority of residents of PhiPhi being Muslim!) - we found that there were minimal vegetarian options, but whatever was available was tasty. I would stay here again purely because of the view, rooms and staff

I’m pretty hard to please but have to give this place outstanding. The hospitality shown by the staff from arrival to check out was fantastic, particularly by a lady on reception called Amy. I’m considering going back to Phi Phi for a few days and will definitely stay there again if I do

Beautiful room with the most beautiful view! Breakfast was delicious too. Overall great hotel.

All the food was exposed. Nothing was covered. There was flies all over the food (i ended up getting really sick). The view i had was terrible. The lobby was full because the rooms are not ready. Please do not book this place unless you want a terrible view and food poisening. And the shower was cold. No hot water

Clean with nice people

Tudo perfeito, exceto o cheiro de esgoto vindo do ralo do banheiro, mas pelo o que pesquisamos é comum na ilha e não invadiu o quarto e nem nos incomodou.

Hotel ao lado do pier de Phi Phi. Muitas opções de restaurantes, mercados nas imediações. Café da manhã muito bom.

Fint och rent. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Bra läge precis bredvid piren. Frukosten kunde ha varit bättre. Fanns inget pålägg till smörgåsen. Ett minus med boendet är att det inte finns någon pool.

O hotel é bem moderno e do lado do pier, o que facilitou bastante a nossa chegada em Phi Phi. O café da manhã é estilo buffet e servido em um restaurante anexo. Ficaria nele facilmente se voltasse para a ilha.

Hotel ist sehr schön direkt in der Nähe des Piers gelegen. Trotzdem ist es angebehm ruhig. Die Zimmer sind modern und gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück im benachbarten Café hat Verbesserunspotenzial und entspricht nicht den dargestellten Bilder.

Absolute perfect location. Staff is amazing, beach views were unmatched! Only wish there was a pool. Otherwise, top notch!

Only stayed here for 1 night and it was perfect. Great location, allowed us an earlier check in when the room became available. Lovely room, immaculate and staff was friendly and professional. Would recommend to others

We had a deluxe room with a Seaview overlooking the bay. It was beautiful, love the location, very clean, very new, staff was wonderful. Very good breakfast with many choices.

Clean, spacious and updated room. Our room was available at 10am which was great and the location right next to the pier is super convenient. Very friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was fresh and had many great options.

An excellent stay overall. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient throughout our visit. The hotel is located right next to Tonsai Pier, which makes arrivals, departures, and getting around the island via water taxi, or heading out for tours, incredibly easy. One small note: we arrived late to breakfast one morning and the food was no longer hot and a bit underwhelming. If you go right when breakfast starts at 7:00 a.m., everything is fresh and much better. Overall, a great hotel that we’d happily recommend it if your are staying overnight on the island.
