I randomly picked this Hotel to stay in Ko Phi Phi. The room was okay with the usual facilities that would be classed as a 3 star hotel, air con works well etc. One of the best things is the balcony view from my hotel to see the sunset, the beach parties were close by, wow

Avoid at all costs. This place was on the west coast and i was set on sunsets and close to beach. However the place was really shabby, bed sunken, patio doors very old and hard to open. Is right by rowdy beach and access goes past the doors constantly all day and all night. Nightlife music will.keep you awake until very late, had to check out early as the fact that there were some people passing through making havoc jist outside the room late night. Towels were not clean and just bad overall experience.

The view was stunning, we sat on the balcony every morning enjoying our coffee and taking it in. The hotel has a perfect location at the end of the beach, close to everything, but with a touch of privacy. The bar is great and we loved the vibe, we had drinks relaxing, while watching the suset. We loved it and will return to Green House!

My best friend and I spent 2 weeks in Thailand between Pattaya to Bangkok to Chiang Mai down to Phuket to Ko Phi Phi and other islands, we stayed in multiple hotels, always booking 2 rooms so we were able to compare between rooms as well, this place was excellent value for the price, what really sells the place is the room’s view!!! Note: if you're into loud noises then stay, if not don't. The hotel fails in letting the guests know that after the clubs finish at 1am they invite the club guests to continue an after party on the rooftop which is right above your ceiling. The hotel was friendly, professional and understanding and gave us a refund. Recommended if you're into loud noises until at least 4:30-5am.

Extrem schlimme Absteigen... Eher loch. Durch die Bar über den Zimmern ist bis 4 Uhr morgens laut und keiner kann schlafen. Besitzer hat dem kostenlosen Storno mündlich zugestimmt, da wir vorzeitig verlassen wollten. Jedoch hat er das nie bei booking bestätigt, auch nicht nach 5 Erinnerungen. So sind wir auf den Kosten für 3 Nächte sitzen geblieben!

Me trataron muy mal, la habitación no era la de las foto, sino unas sin ventana. Cuando me queje casi me quiere golpear, todo sucio y con mucho olor. Me fui a buscar otro hotel. Y expedia no hizo nada por ayudarme. Never book this hotel

Vi såg fram emot att fira det nya året på Phi Phi och bokade Green House redan i september för att säkra vår plats här. Allt verkade vara ok fram tills i början på december när hotellet plötsligt meddelar oss att hotellet är fullbokat och att vi inte kan bo där. Detta är mycket märkligt eftersom vår bokning var både bekräftad och betald sedan flera månader tillbaka. När jag försökte kontakta hotellet igen vägrade de att svara och jag tvingades kontakta Hotels.com för att få klarhet i vad som pågick. Hotels.com fick inte heller tag i hotellet men lovade istället att ordna något annat till mig inom 24 timmar. Kort efter mitt samtal med Kundtjänst kontaktar Green House mig och säger att de ordnat ett rum till oss. Hotels.com hör dock aldrig av sig igen som utlovat angående andra alternativ. När vi ska checka in på Green House visar det sig att vi inte alls har något rum på hotellet men att de istället löst problemet genom att boka in oss på en bungalow i närheten. Den här bungalowen låg granne med Slinky Bar, som är festens mittpunkt på Phi Phi, och det är allt annat än lugnt där kan jag lova. Personalen på vårt nya boende var snälla och behjälpliga men varken Green House eller Hotels.com tog sitt ansvar i den här situationen och vi är mycket missnöjda över detta. Jag kan inte rekommendera Green House eftersom de inte höll vad de lovade trots att man redan betalat och bokat långt i förväg. Vi lämnade i förtid pga detta.

good location near the beach ... at night it's very noisy because of the beach parties ... it's a very simple place without luxury .. the balcony door it didn't work well ... the only good thing is being near the beach ... the rest is not recommended

設備が全体的にボロくメンテナンスがされていない。 パーティービーチの直ぐ近くなので、物凄くうるさい。 尚且つ、フロントにあるBar？でもお客が居ないのに音楽ガンガンでうるさい。 事前に騒音ありだとか記載すべき。 2泊したが、部屋の掃除タオル交換も無し、ホスピタリティーが全くないホテルです。 年末料金とピピ島というプライスなので、この価格で高級感は求めてないですが、お金を出す価値はありません。

ホテルズドットコムから予約したが、ホテル側が全く把握できておらずチェックインに1時間かかった。 たまたま空いてた部屋があったから宿泊できたが、友人3人同タイプの部屋を予約したのに1人はグレードが高い部屋で値段も同じ。 お手洗い・シャワーはきれい好きな女性の場合難あり。 船場から10分くらい歩くのと、道があまり整備されてない部分もあるのでスーツケースだとかなり辛い。

Fin plassering rett ved stranda, veldig sentralt i forhold til uteliv og sentrum. Helt OK rom, enkelt. Litt støy fra barene på kvelden, men et godt alternativ til en god pris, anbefales!

Nice place and people

Nydelig lite hotell med trivelig personale. Rommene var flotte med en fantastisk utsikt mot havet. Eneste minuset er at det var endel feststøy på kvelden. Men vi storkoste oss

Beautiful views over the bay and friendly staff. It gets really noisy on the beach at night, which is obviously not the hotel's problem. But balcony doors are not isolated well (even having big gaps to let noise and mosquitos in), so that can be improved. Bathroom smell is quite bad and they try fix it with little fragrance bags, but it's not really working.

Phi Phi Green House was a lovely stay waking up to our terrace on the beach. Staff were brilliant and really welcoming. Tommy’s were clean proper value for money. Breakfast was good and was close to local shops

Nice hotel right on the beach front with a balcony and sea view. The noise levels were intense at night due to the late night beach parties which were running until 2AM every night so if you’re a light sleeper this will not be for you. The room was nice and clean with daily housekeeping. However the sliding balcony doors did not lock properly. This is a security issue which needs to be addressed.
