Phi Phi Nice Beach Hotel Hip

Hotellet ligger fantastisk og manden, der henter ens bagage er et sødt menneske. Så stopper alt også. Mørkt værelse, næsten ikke noget lys at tænde. Wc, bad og håndvask delt op i tre rum. Vandhanen virkede ikke optimal. Man måtte slukke for aircondition om natten, da den larmede sindssygt. Vores altan lå indendørs, så ingen udluftning. Vi måtte rulle ned, ellers kunne alle, der gik op ad trapperne, se ind. I de tre dage, vi var der, blev der ikke gjort rent, skiftet håndklæder eller redt seng. Vi havde ikke wc papir til sidste dag og der var ingen man kunne kontakte. Til gengæld kunne man ikke klage over service, for den var der ikke. Vi kommer ikke til at bo der igen.

The hotel was amazing and had own pool and own beach but the pier was litttle bit far away. The room was so nice and everything about was good.

The hotel was worn. It was fairly clean. We got what we paid for.

Needs a lot of maintenance and some extra cleaning wasn’t super clean. The lady didn’t say much at the counter.

L hôtel est très bien situé au calme et la piscine est agréable . Mauvais point pour les chambres qui ne sont pas propres et pas nettoyés quand on le demande , elles ne sont pas pratique non plus .tout est vieillot

Vi tjekkede ud igen efter 1,5 time fordi det hele virkede med kryb og generelt meget dårlig i stand med dårlig luft mv.

Don’t believe the pictures, they must of been taken 20 years ago. Very tired and in poor condition. Perfect for staying 1 night too see phi phi

I have a mixed feeling about this place. If I have to sum up this hotel in one sentence, it is a motel in a great location and amazing view. Pros - great view and location - Quiet. Perfect for those who want to stay away from the busy area, or family - 5 star view from the window Cons - no room service each day. - AC isn’t cold enough during the day when it’s hot out - I had to come down to front desk every day for new bath towel and toilet paper.

Worst hotel I stayed in, no service from anyone. Really dirty rooms. No information about anything.

Amazing property and staff, we enjoyed ebery minite of our stay. The hotel was a bit older and more worn then the pictures indicated, but it was still a fabulous property! The staff was amazing and took care of all of our needs. 10/10 would recommend!

Hotel bien situé un peu a l ecart du centre personnel gentil acces direct a la plage J ai cependant trouvé les douches et sanitaires vieillissantes

Location was great and had access to sun beds on the beach. Could arrange for long boat day trips to pick you up from the beach right outside hotel which was convenient. Hotel provided beach towels. Room balcony did not lock. Major leak in toilet ceiling meaning it could not be used. Rooms felt cramped due to lay out. Rooms felt dirty. Shower was always cold and had fluctuating water pressure. Overall the hotel needs a major renovation.

Dirty food bad noisy in back and room piping

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It might look nice in the pictures but that’s as far as it goes. The room was filthy, dust, suspicious stains on the walls, ripped and stained bed sheets, cold shower that just trickled, leaking basin tap, broken toilet that barely flushes or refills, can not shut toilet door as it’s so small, everything is rusty all over and rotten balcony rails, ceiling covered in mould from barely working air conditioning, a rusted old fridge full of ice, overall this is the worst place I have ever stayed in and for $100 a night it is basically robbery.

The drainage galley smells very bad. It needs attention

Hotellet jobbar nog för att komma i fas efter corona. Lite slitet här och där men väldigt hjälpsamma och byter ut saker när man påpekar dem. Vår dusch var inte så bra. Då kom de med nytt munstycke och bytte utan några problem. Hjälpsamma till och från båten. Lugnt läge med fin pool!

Die Zimmer sind in einem schlechten Zustand. Schon beim Reinlaufen roch es komisch. Dreckige Bettdecke sowie auch der Bettanzug war mit Flecken übersäht, dies trotz mehrmaligem Wechseln des Personals. Die Dusche war sehr dreckig, die Toilette ebenso. Die Balkontüre konnte man nicht richtig schliessen, was das Eindringen ins Zimmer für Moskitos und Affen vereinfacht. Wir haben uns nach 2h Aufenthalt entschieden, wieder auszuchecken. Haben über einen mühsamen Weg den Betrag wieder rückerstattet bekommen. Das gute an der Unterkunft war die Lage und das nette Personal, mehr leider auch nicht.
