住宿都很ok,但是飯店位置真的很偏僻 所以需要有交通工具 離溫泉公園很近 附近沒有7-11 此行退房時，因為泰國買的薄長褲 不知道會褪色，去染到飯店的毛巾 當然我們是願意付清洗費用 但要我們付300清洗費 個人覺得貴得太誇張離譜了 我覺得既然不是全新的毛巾 飯店的毛巾也是一種消耗品 都多少人用過 300銖等於是買一條全新的 以這種等級位置來說 我下次不會再入住 也不退薦

整體服務員態度一般，不會主動招呼，健身室和泳池沒有服務，早餐一般

環境悠美寬闊房間設施完整床褥舒適早餐尚稱豐盛

The pool looks nice, but need manage the insects on the pool surface. The food variety in the breakfast is just fine, could be better. The staff is very nice to help u arrange schedule.

酒店氣氛很沉悶，沒有任何活動，酒店內設施也不多，泳池也沒有人打理，酒店內有一 SPA，但看似從來沒有人光顧過，酒店週邊也沒有任何觀光點，餐廳也欠奉，必須要再乘車前往市中心，房間也不太整潔，房內設施也有很多問題，水力不足，冷氣突然壞了，馬桶沖水有問題⋯⋯

Most comfortable hotel and staff so nice. Thanks for this five days service. I hope to come Chung Mai again and get back here stay again.

Comfortable place. Just little bit far. Need pay transportation fee for each time go out town center .

Was different from the photos! Some parts need up dating. But value for money.Great barman he looked after us.Great shower.

They are rebuilding.. so a lot of garbage in the hotel small houses is full of materials for builders. The pool areas are more ore less close Not a clean pool But the staff is really nice f

Place is very quiet. My family stay during slow season. If yoh look for a live hotel area its not a place for you. The place is more of a sleep and wake up and go. The hotel is older but if you really want a Thai feel but still in modern than yes. The place do need a work on the garden to make the place look more alive but other than that my family had a great time because we don't really like crowded and noisy place so it fits our family well.

The Pool was to dirty.

Die begrüssung am Abend war sehr kurz und spärlich. Wir haben keine Informationen bezüglich den Angeboten oder Frühstückzeiten erhalten. Der Raum sah ok aus. Im Bad gab es jedoch Schimmel und die duschkabine/badewanne war aus einem Plastikguss. Die stufen in die Dusche waren mega hoch und unangenehme. Das wasser war entweder kochend heiss oder kalt. Das Frühstück war ok . Die Anlage war allgemein eher runter gekommen. Und wir hatten Abends für 20-40 min immer wieder Strommausfall.

I had a very pleasant stay here. Would recommend and stay again in the future. Breakfast had a nice variety and staff were friendly and kind as usual in my Thai experience. I loved the entire experience in Chiang Rai!

Hôtel atypique mais loin du centre de Chiang rai. Location de scooter obligatoire sinon vous être cloîtré à l hôtel et si comme pour notre séjour la piscine est hors service , vous êtes bon pour rester dans votre chambre.. chambre propre mais infrastructures vieillissantes

We had no complaints on this hotel and in general enjoyed our stay, however unfortunately the hotel is not well kept and is becoming a little run down. We believe some renovation was happening, which led to noise at times but compared to other properties we stayed at in Asia there seem to be no efforts to keep the general grounds tidy (in particular dead leaves everywhere and the lakes and gardens looked messy). The shower head in our was broken and we only had a bath tub and no shower. But other than that no issues with the room. The property is outside of town so taxis are required. Great potential with some investment and whilst no major issue, we left a little disappointed.

The place is good, just needs a little bite of repairs to make it look in good condition again.
