Overall the best part of this resort were the staff. Everyone was so kind and pleasurable. They truly went out of their way to make our stay was special, from the check in, restaurants, beach and pool staff, everyone was so respectful.

This property is exceptional. The facilities, food and staff were all amazing. It is the perfect place for a relaxing break. It is a short drice into Patong but there is a shuttle from hotel or a taxi is only 300 bht. Lots of pools so you dont feel rushed. Happy hour at the three bars run from 4pm until 10pm. Gym is excellent. Rooms spotless.

The hotel is in a lovely location, with easy access to a beautiful beach. The property itself is dated and needs modernising. The restaurants are very close together and everything feels very crowded and not spaced out enough. There are a lot of dead bugs etc on the walkways that aren’t cleaned up. The drinks and breakfast are very good and the service was perfect.

The private beach was beautiful and convenient. The property is a bit tucked away but that didnt bother us too much. Free daily shuttle to/from Patong Beach. Wide food selection. Spa was amazing. Pools were fun and family friendly. Lots of activities for kids I would recommend having enough clean clothes for your entire stay or get laundry done outside the hotel. We got 12 pieces washed and cost us about 1700THB at the hotel. Overall, excellent family vacation thanks to Marriott Phuket and staff!

Beautiful resort

All staffs are absolutely kind and professional. The area is a bit remote but everything is inside the resort. 3 pools are amazing and spacious to accommodate everybody. Foods from bars and restaurants are spot on as well. The slide could be imrpoved tho.

This place exceeded all my expectations! So many on site amenities and activities going on daily. Amazing food in all the restaurants and just a beautiful hotel with 3 huge pools situated right on a beautiful white sand beach with turquoise water. I have to shout out a few staff members. Bas at the rum shack was awesome! We loved going there during the evenings with live music and great drinks. His customer service and attention to detail really elevated our stay here to above 5 star! Petch with the room service staff was very kind and personable. After our first day running into him throughout the resort he remembered our names and from then on whenever he was at our service he was so nice and seemed genuinely happy to have us there as guests. Again this was another wow factor that can’t be matched. Lastly we would like to thank Tuk the manager at breakfast. You could tell this is a really well run establishment and the breakfast crew moves like clockwork. All the staff at breakfast was very nice and accommodating to us and you could tell it all starts with her leading such a great group of people. We stayed at multiple other 5 star hotels and resorts in all of Thailand on our trip but this one definitely takes the cake. The amenities and the high level of service provided here are just unmatched. If you are staying in Phuket this is the place you NEED to stay at. If I am ever so fortunate to return to this paradise I will stay here again for sure!

Terrific for family with Children, and groups of friends and families, but not so much if you are a couple wanting peace and quiet. The staff and management were always friendly and helpful. Even when we wasn’t happy with our room, they would find a solution to address my issue. I would give 10/10 for their service.

You will be hard pressed to find a property that meets this standard of excellence. We did not eat a single bad meal during the 7 days we were here. The staff are exceptional: they anticipate a guests every need and are always pleasant. The property is simply put stunning and well kept. I eagerly look forward to my next stay.
