Excellent service from the staff and a perfect location next to the pier. We stayed here before our trip to Koh Tao and unfortunately forgot a few things in our room. However one of the staff members, named Sun, arranged delivery to Koh Tao for us. Such a kind gesture and warm hospitality. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Mae Nam.

If you stay here, you must eat at the restaurant 3 minutes walk away called Sabai Sabai. They honestly deserve a michelin. We ate here 4 times during our 3 night stay. Feels like you are in a warm thai lady's home and she is cooking for you. staff are very nice at the pinnacle and was honestly suprised at how nice the pool and bungalows were

some amazing authentic Thai restaurants in the area, but make sure you’re comfortable on a motorbike/scooter so that you can get into town (or grab a Grab)

Staff in office not nice,place is old and run down, far out of the way you must have transportation to get around, the do have a very nice private beach , we stayed in their apartments, not the bungalows 2 floor , no elevator , I don’t know how the bungalows are! Samui is a beautiful place !
