If you stay here, you must eat at the restaurant 3 minutes walk away called Sabai Sabai. They honestly deserve a michelin. We ate here 4 times during our 3 night stay. Feels like you are in a warm thai lady's home and she is cooking for you. staff are very nice at the pinnacle and was honestly suprised at how nice the pool and bungalows were

Dette var et kjempebra sted meg gode service instillte ansatte
Stille å rolig sted bed bra frokost og lunsj/middag var også tilfredstillende
Hotellet trenger en real oppussing, det er veldig nedslitt og spa avd var stengt innvedig, bare masasje utvendig
jaccuse ute var stengt og dusjene var et tragisk syn men ellers var poolen bra
Vi hadde et kjempefin opphold på Pinnacele

Staff in office not nice,place is old and run down, far out of the way you must have transportation to get around, the do have a very nice private beach , we stayed in their apartments, not the bungalows 2 floor , no elevator , I don’t know how the bungalows are! Samui is a beautiful place !

Mycket ointresserad personal i receptionen och i restaurangen. Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam städpersonal. Trasig AC, trasiga myggnät, saknade duschhållare i badrummet. Hotellet är allmän nedgången.

Place is okay - the area too quiet for us, but all in all OK. The hotel management was completly out of service. When you asked for a question, you should guess the answer. Kindda strange.
