2. If the number of guests is more than that registered, Favstay shall have the right to collect a penalty of 1,000 Baht for each extra person on site.
3. Please do not move furniture and other room items.
4. Before checking-out, please take your garbage out to the garbage disposal.
5. Before checking-out, please turn off the lights and the water, and lock the door before returning the key to the property.
6. Before checking-out, please wash the kitchen utensils and cookware, and put them back where they were.
7. Should no damage occur to the property, the deposit will be refunded no later than 7 days from the check-out date.

อาคารที่แสดงในข้อมูลขณะจอง มิใช่อาคารเดียวกับสถานที่จริง ในข้อมูลของเว็บ แสดงไว้ว่าอาคารที่พักตรงกับอาคารC4 แต่สถานที่จริงคืออาคารT6 ภายนอกและทางเดินปูนเปลือยดูเก่าตามสภาพอายุของคอนโด แต่ภายในห้องตกแต่งใหม่ ดูดี แอร์เย็น ในห้องไม่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ มี7-elevenใกล้ๆ พึงพอใจสภาพภายในห้องพัก แต่ไม่พึงพอใจการปักหมุดแสดงตำแหน่งของที่พัก

เราจองห้องไปสองห้อง แต่เขาจัดห้องให้เราอยู่ห่างกันมากเลยซึ่งไม่โอเคสำหรับการไปมาหาสู่กัน เนื่องจากเรามีกิจกรรมต้องทำร่วมกัน เราค่อนข้างไม่ประทับใจ

ห้องน้ำมักมีปัญหา แก้ไขได้จะดีมากๆ...หาที่จอดรถยาก แต่ห้องใหญ่ อยู่สบาย ถือว่าโอเค
