PP 公主泳池别墅

Somebody was at the ferry port to assist us to the lobby. Check in was quick, Villa was beautiful. But Mosquitoes were everywhere. We found other bugs in our bedroom. Such an unpleasant way to sleep/get ready. Location was perfect for us but our neighbors were bothered by the music nearby keeping them up until 1am. Close to the beach.

Overall nice place good spot. But the hotel staff seem to miss customer service knowledge. Very slow, very unhappy and doesnt know what they are doing.

Great location! We had the villa with the private pool although it wasn't private cuz it was shared with the adjacent villa. They had odd policies about the keys and the towels. Overall not bad. Right next to all the popular bars tho. You can stroll to them by the beach

All good but please be aware that you are next door to the Slinky beach club, popular for late night raves. I did not mind as I am a raver myself.

Well placed in the middle of the action. I didn’t find it noisey. Would stay in the villas again.

The staff is really nice. Super helpful. They brought us a local cell phone to use while on the island because the rooms don't have phones. The breakfast was okay. The hotel share a pool with the property next door. I think they're owned by the same owner. In short, the place and staff are super nice. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The location is great.

プールヴィラに泊まりました。おすすめです！ 部屋からはビーチフロントの景色が一望できます。 3棟がひとつとなっていて1棟に一組となっています。 またプライベートプールは3棟で共同利用できます。1棟が2階建てになっており、1階にリビング、冷蔵庫、プールアクセス、サマーベッドなどがあり2階にベッド、シャワー、トイレがあります。 部屋に電話がないので、用事はフロントへ直接行く必要があります。 また、港から徒歩のためキャリーバックを運ぶ際は少々大変かもしれません。港からは10分程度でしょうか。道中は商店のある裏道（ビーチ側ではなく）から進まれると便利です。 施設自体は新しくきれいです。共用プールは2か所ありましたが部屋にあるためあえて利用はしませんでした。 余談ですがそれ以外の部屋は景色を期待することはできない感じでした。 バルコニーも狭く景色は通路が見える程度でしょうか。ご参考にされてください。

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our Pool Villa was exquisite! They are all quite new and very well appointed. The only drawback - the party scene just isn't us. LOUD bass thumping music until the wee hours of the morning. We escaped to the other side for a quieter time. Still, loved the room and the pool.

My mistake for not realizing this but it is a massive party hotel. We were hoping at 450 a night for a villa we could really relax. However, the music from the club right next door and the people sneaking into our pool and patio were a bit of a downer. Make sure not to bring kids here. The hotel is clean, great location and staff are amazing but at 450 per night you can find other amazing options I'm sure. However. If you are going to phi phi to party this is the spot for sure.

Villa was fabulous. Major expansion underway but completed facilities are excellent. Staff went out of its way to minimize impact. Noisy at night from nearby clubs but villa structure reduced most noise. Activities desk was very helpful. Ferry transport from Phuket was fast 2 hours and inexpensive.
