Het hotel awesome maar in the middle of nowhere .. het hotel heeft een all incl formule wat met een familie echt el nodig is want er is niets in de buurt. Enkele kleine ( 2) restaurantjes die ook prijziger zijn voor de maaltijden maar goedkoper dan in het hotel . Als je van rust houd ( deze periode) zeker doen

Exceptional hotel with fantastic staff and facilities.

Super Hotelanlage mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Etwas außerhalb gelegen, weshalb immer ein Transfer in eine Stadt notwendig ist. Dafür sehr ruhig.

I like the amount of activities for kids and adults, beautiful rooms, pools and restaurants. Loved the many happy hours!

Flotte rolige omgivelser. Lidt isoleret i forhold til en nærliggende by i gåafstand. Masser af aktiviteter og lækkert mad.

Hotel was busy but food dinner and breakfast very ordinary.Lift broke down room serviced very late and no fresh towels.

Staff members were thoroughly helpful and friendly. Accommodated where able. There were a number of occasions that felt as if there was shortage of staff at the main restaurant but that could've been during peak breakfast hours. Our kids loved the slide and the kids area. The pool was fun, clean and friendly. Parking was limited-an overflow open space adjacent to the property sort of made up for this. Pullman is a little further away from the township and that was what drew us to it. There were ample of low-key activities around the area. It felt good to be able to contribute a little to the local economy in a small town that still showed signs of recovery from the tsunami two decades ago.

Schönes Hotel, aber Zimmer und Einrichtung müssen wieder refreshed werden. Das tropische Klima fordert sein Tribut.

Amazing Hotel with an awesome Service. The Price is more than fair.

This property is secluded. Half hour drive to Khao Lak centre. If you are after a total relax, this is the place for you! Just very little to do. Only a couple of simple local restaurants within walking distance if you want more variety than the buffet. Beds and pillows super comfy.

Der Strand ist wunderschön ☺️ wir wussten das das Hotel ziemlich weite abgeschottet war. Wer mittendrin sein möchte muss nach Khao Lak. Wir haben und Roller gemietet und waren auch selber unterwegs. Die Preise sind hoch im Hotel so wie in alles anderen 5 Sterne Hotels. Es gibt aber viele Alternativen drum herum. Unglaublich freundliche sind alles ob im Hotel oder außerhalb. Wir würden das Hotel wieder empfehlen. Unseren Kindern 9j und 11 j hat es sehr gefallen

Very nice hotel but very off. No shops or restaurants nearby and 30min to Khao Lak centre. This was our 3rd hotel in the Khao Lak area and we stayed 7 nights, 5 would have been more than enough as we wanted to do more than just stay at the hotel. Good breakfast and plenty of things for the kids, not all needed but nice ro have in bad weather. We had dinner at an amazing nearby restaurant called Mu.Te.Lay and that was the highlight of the food around rhe hotel.

great resort, lovely beach, terrific breakfast, wonderful staff.

Very nice stay. Great rooms with comfortable beds. Family room ideal for 4 people. Happy that we didn’t take the room with pool access since you could not walk directly from veranda anywhere without getting in the water. Everybody was really nice. We didn’t try the restaurants since there were much cheaper options just 200m up the beach or road. Location is quite remote. It takes approx 25min to get to Khao Lak.

Un endroit magnifique, reposant loin de tout. Possibilité de se faire masser juste à côté sur la plage et de manger dans des petits restaurants, mais limité en quantité. Il y’avait Tout ce qu’il fallait pour mon fils de 12ans, foot, ping-pong, sport etc etc Kids friendly

Overall really nice resort. Lot of easy going activities. All what we needed was there inside the resort area. Sometimes little slow service but that could because lot of guest active same time

Stayed only 2 nights but wish it had been longer. 2 adults and 2 kids, had a family suite, very nice and spacious room, felt luxurious. Room was very close to the pool so for us we were actually clad not spending extra on a pool access room. All staff very friendly and service minded. Hotel was not fully occupied so was possible to find sun beds even after 7.30am. Though many reserve sun beds hours before they use them (which is super annoying!!), but some pool staff actually removed towels off some beds. Very kids friendly. Amazing playroom and nice kids pool with water slide. Kids loved it. Nice and clean beach! (Visited a beach just south of this one and was much more rocks there, here only nice sand). Great breakfast (but busy). Had dinner only one evening at the beach bar, not that impressed as it was quite expensive. Limited restaurants and stores around the hotel area so not much other options, but good quality still (and much cheaper than the hotel itself). All in all a great stay and would come back again!
