適合悠閒度假的的酒店，酒店內部環境舒適，房間整潔高雅，每個房間都對著泳池，打開陽台的窗戶就可踏入泳池，非常有特色。服務員都很友善，遇到有不懂英語的服務員，用手勢溝通，他們亦能意會。

Too many stairs but everything is nice and good.

非常乾淨，設計很舒服，設備齊全，泳池有兩個，很適合整天泡在水裡。 早餐很精緻，還可以現榨蔬果汁！ 渡假村太舒服，臨時決定多住一晚！下次來華欣還要住這裡！

The experience in this pool villa is splendid. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the room setting is so so good. Choices in the breakfast buffet is many. I strongly recommend to have the meals near the beach. They also provide the Tuk tuk To the night market

這是一間很人本主義的酒店，很重視人客的意見。一位高級職員每天早餐都會詢問每一枱客人對食物的質素有何評價，十分好。而且，酒店知道我與八十多歲的媽媽同行，怕她上落樓梯不便，特意為我們預備了一間位於地下，打開露台門可直接去泳池的房間，非常體貼。

Booked a room with jacuzzi in at Putahracsa for 2 days with my family and we had an excellent experience in the hotel. Hotel staff, even the security guard were super helpful n friendly. Some of them can speak fluent English. No problem in communication. Our room was located in Oceanside. Although Oceanside is a small area with less than 20 hotel rooms, it’s a peaceful n quiet environment surrounded by trees and plants. All the rooms are very near to the Oceanside restaurant n the beach. So we felt very relaxing staying in Oceanside. The food provided by the Oceanside restaurant is fantastic and delicious. The restaurant offers a wide range of choices for breakfast, including basket oF bread, soup noodle, fired rice, salad, chicken steak, you name it! We enjoyed the sea breeze while having our breakfast. The room we booked was a one bedroom room with a balcony facing the sea and a jacuzzi. The room is large and comfy. The jacuzzi was nice but a bit small. Unfortunately, an accident happened in our first night of stay. My dad fell down near the jacuzzi in mid night since the floor was too slippy after the jacuzzi filled up with water. His forehead got hurt and it bled seriously. We immediately contacted the hotel staff and them arranged a taxi to send my dad to the nearby hospital. My dad got 6 stitches on his forehead due to this accident. On the next day, we suggested to the hotel manager that some procurements should be done by the hotel i

We celebrated our birthday here in October, and it was definitely our best vacation ever! We stayed at La Canna pool villa for 2 days. The room is cozy and well-equipped; the butlers and staff are friendly and helpful; not to mention the great breakfast with a fantastic sea view. And we really love the surprise birthday cake from the hotel. Overall, we highly recommend Putahracsa to anyone visiting Hua Hin and will return for sure!

Pros: 1) staffs are all nice and helpful 2) a small but very nice designed and relaxing resort 3) excellent breakfast, delicious with very nice environment inside the cafe Cons: 1) it would be perfect to have 1 more table with chair inside our room for using PC and area for placing our stuffs

飯店離華欣夜市很近,交通方便.房間舒適寬敞,飯店人員也都非常親切.早餐很好吃,Manager還很有心的一桌桌問候每一個入住的旅客.最後離開前,還會幫客人合照,在mail給客人,貼心度滿分!!! 但...備品過少.以及如果在房內食用餐點,很容易就招來螞蟻大軍.除此之外,一切滿分～～

床非常大又舒服 員工都非常和善

3日2夜的入住體驗非常好，所有服務員親切有禮。房間、3個泳池和酒店環境衛生整潔而舒適。自助早餐選擇多，味道不錯。其中一邊的酒店就連着沙灘，酒店有單程接送的嘟嘟車接送住客到附近的小市場(約2-3分鐘車，15-20分鐘步行距離)。離開那天其中一位住客生日，酒店更安排了小蛋糕，非常窩心。

酒店十分舒适干净，早餐good.后门出即泳池，小孩無尽喜爱。近夜市，出门附近也有好多吃的，正正正正正 。

It is good, but as a resort it is a little bit small

超棒的飯店!!! 有舒適的房間, 海邊舒服的餐廳, 與海洋連成一線的泳池. 飯店的嘟嘟車可以免費載到華欣海灘, 火車站, 夜市...等附近景點, 但那以上幾個景點, 大概步行10-20分鐘就到飯店了. 飯店的服務人員從大門的服務生到GM都很棒, 每個人臉上都掛著微笑. 早上吃飯的時候還有可能會碰到GM來跟你聊天哦! 更不可思議的是, 暑假期間還有台灣的大學生在裡面實習呢!!!! 不會英文也不用怕哦!! Thank you, GM, Mr. Abdalla Yassin, It's a wonderful experience for my wife and me.

Services, staff, hotel’s tuk tuk, coordinations, arrangements, all are excellent, very personal services like a friend High privacy, beautiful beach and view I’ll come back again myself
