還會再來.職員服務很好.很貼心

第一晚浴室有蟑螂，在外玩樂一天，回到房裡只想好好洗澡後，享受舒適的睡眠，誰知卻得與小強奮戰，請飯店人員來協助，等到我都已忍不住將小強處死了，還未見有人前來協助，打電話抗議後終於有人協助換房間，但卻是臭著臉的，沒有一句抱歉！ 第二晚，依然是帶著滿身疲累想回房好好如廁，浴室地板竟有著一灘濁水，往上看，天花板一直滲著水滴下來😢… 這是五星級的品質嗎？我強烈抗議，並要求退費！！！ 這次是4天3夜的旅程，每晚都忙著搬家換房間，請問有達到讓旅客好好放鬆，享受猶如回家般的舒適饗宴嗎？

Swimming pool is good.

Good location, Staff are super nice. 酒店有點舊，但整體尚可，浴室膠邊有點發霉發黃，會有一點點水跑到淋浴間外，很多皮具都日氧化掉皮，例如浴室裝日用品的盤子，床頭的靠枕。電視沒有節目。早餐選擇還可以，應該是每天都會變。其中一個杯子上有唇膏印，當時也跟員工反映。 尚算滿意今次住宿，但未必會再次選擇。

房間整潔

房間的浴室渠道有陣陣異味, housekeeper 第二三日唔記得放洗面毛巾, 只放了兩個浴巾,房間電燈太暗,電話打唔到 room to room, 要待改善

Very spacious room but quite dark. It offered an excellent breakfast with lots of food variety, good quality.

清潔房間時忘記補充毛巾及廁紙。

老代化設施比較舊，有很多需要維修之處，預期剛去水比較慢，花灑及水喉出水量少

The room is very spacious and the staff are all nice and helpful. Unfortunately the bathroom is not qualified that the water pipes and shower facilities are under standard. The water pressure is too low and the temperature is not stable, sometimes cold and sometimes hot. Also the amenities' types are too limited, only dental kit and cotton pads. The staff also forgot to place the free water in room, which we discovered another day.

the lobby is good and their service is good....but the room is not as good as five star hotel. The door lock is always malfunctioned. The worst thing is the indoor switch sensor. Lights and A/C shut down unexpectedly in the midnight. The room number is 2017.

地點ok， 酒店設設施很差， 酒店早餐單調。

酒店外表很好，內裏無論房內設備，前台職員，禮賓部職員，房務部職員，表現有非常大的進步空間。尤其12月2日check in時未有房間，先寄存行李，但當時那禮賓部較高級的職員非常不禮貌，此外，房內電視，壞的，難以相信。電話永無職員接聽，前台職員亦不友善，難以相信住進5星級酒店。我不會入住第二次或推介給朋友。唯一想表揚一位2樓餐廳Twenty Seven Bites早餐時段職員"Kim"，每次見到她，對所以客人(包括我)都笑容滿面，非常禮貌及友善，服務亦充滿熱誠，讚。

酒店員工親切有禮，樂於恊助幫忙！步行10分鐘地Asoke 站，地點稍為遠少少，但樓下有Family Mart 相當方便！房間大小與整潔度相對滿意，比其他大品牌更好！

We had a power outage on the 13 th August so ended up spending the day out. Hotel promised to compensate by giving us free breakfast for subsequent stay of 28-30 but they denied promising us the same. This is poor customer service.

Great front staff and housekeeping. Went to the lobby lounge for 2 hours and never got served by the ladies working. Also, some Chinese wannabe influencers went behind the bar and started taking pics of themselves pretending to work. Picked up glasses and alcohol without being questioned by the staff not serving me. I've never seen anything so unprofessional in a hotel. It's a great hotel and I would stay here again, just not the lobby lounge.

Room quite spacious but the lighting is poor

My only problems was the keycards didn’t always work. Also there was no smart TV, something that really should be standard these days.

Overall very good, have friendly staffs and chill atmosphere in the rooftop bar.
