We had a great time, lovely hotel, great location on the beach lots of bars and restaurants

Nice size hotel but on a very narrow plot. The beds on the beach were about six rows deep and the ones around the pool were four deep. The sun beds were good but the umbrellas were too small to supply enough shade and you couldn’t move them. Breakfast was good although coffee from the machines was average. Lots of variety and choice in each section. Staff were lovely. We had booked a deluxe room and were very grateful as they are on the ground floor and open directly on to the gardens. They have enough outdoor space for two sun beds, an umbrella and a table and two chairs. We spent most days sitting here as it was lovely and peaceful. The room was large, freshly decorated, with a good size bathroom and excellent shower. Towels were new and fluffy. the king sized bed was at least Emperor sized as it was two queens together so 10’ wide! Hilarious . Housekeeping was hit and miss, the room often not being cleaned until mid afternoon and one day not at all until chased. The gym was really not up to scratch. Small with very old machines and the exchangeable hand holds were missing so we couldn’t use most of them. The mats were dirty and ripped. Very disappointing as everything else was great.

Fantastic hotel, good service. Rooms are comfortable and there is a good size pool. Location is great, near to laundrettes, restaurants and bars.

Wonderful stay we just had a real problem with the front door lock which the engineer had to take apart for hours and it got really stressful. A one off glitch probably and everything else was great.

What we liked the best was the closeness to local market plus the options of different places to eat. The pool was great place to meet people.

The ramada hotel is great value for money - lovely beachfront location which is a great base for exploring the local area. The cleanliness and general service standards were first class. We visited in August which is out of season, meaning that the hotel seemed generally quite quiet - sometimes had the pool to ourselves! Really difficult to find any fault with this hotel - the staff were exceptionally friendly and happy to help with any requests. The only feedback we could think of would be the options on the breakfast buffet - whilst great quality many items seemed like those you would expect from an evening or lunch menu. Overall, would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Very good choice to stay in Khaolak Nice room, nice view and landscape. Very peaceful place to stay. Only two comment, 1. the breakfast is variety but the taste is soso. 2.our room is ocean view it's nearby smoking area from the besides hotel which stink to sit on the balcon

Couldn't get there due to Covid-19 travel restrictions. They wouldn't even respond to attempts to charge booking, didn't answer emails. We were due to attend as part of our honeymoon. But due to Covid-19 it was all delayed. This is the only company that hasn't postponed our booking and have just kept our money

Excellent hotel, right on the beach. Great pool. Certain facilities were closed but as we paid a fraction of the normal price that wasn't a problem. Pool area was good, rooms spacious, modern, cklean and comfortable.

There is nothing I can fault. A true beachfront location with the pool less than 50 metres from the beach. The hotel was at 95% occupancy but it never felt busy or crowded. Great breakfasts. Close to local restaurants and markets. Above all everyone was friendly and helpful. 10/10

The Ramada resort at Khao Lak is a brilliant oasis with a fabulous location on to the beach. It is also very close to many other great restaurants, shops and bars so there is no shortage of other things to do. The rooms are superb and the other on site facilities are very hood as well. The only down side is the amount of building work going on around the hotel but that is an indication of its great location.

Great hotel. Beautiful on the beach. All the Thai staff are excellent and are warm and welcoming. Good breakfast and pool snacks. Sassi's restaurant is very comfortable and nice in the evening. Great pool with plenty of activities. Wel eqiped gym. Overall great service and the usual smile from the Thai staff. The only problem I encountered was on check in from a non Thai person. I had initally booked for 2 adults but was travelling on my own. My room was changed from a 1st floor room with a balcony to a ground floor room that had adjoining doors to the next room and with a terrace that was partly shared with the next door room. One of the worst locations in the hotel with no privacy on the terrace. I therefore did not use the terrace andvthis somewhat took away from my holiday.I felt that as a solo traveller I was treated differently having paid the same for the room that a couple would have paid. In the hotels credit in next few days after I spoke with Thai staff I was offered a different room. I may not return to this hotel because of the way that solo travellers are treated.

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Be careful if your going to book here.

This resort is perfection. Wonderful renovated room. Beautiful grounds, pool, bar and restaurant. Great Happy hour. I could not for the only time in my life find anything lacking in a resort. Awesome.

First impression on arrival very poor ... front entrance looked very run down and poorly maintained .. not at all to the standard expected of a 4 star hotel . Lack of attention to detail very evident in other aspects of the hotel making our stay very disappointingf
