great and helpful staff, nice view, beach a bit dirty and have electricity problem everyday. Could have more variety and flexibility of outdoor activities e.g. elephant riding

沙灘很乾淨,雖然不是白沙,夕陽很美,早餐還不錯,飯店有部分在整修,所以我獲得了升等,很開心!!交通位置算方便,沙灘右邊的小餐廳,東西好吃又便宜,我下次還會再來這飯店,非常值得推薦.

We had a great time, lovely hotel, great location on the beach lots of bars and restaurants

Nice size hotel but on a very narrow plot. The beds on the beach were about six rows deep and the ones around the pool were four deep. The sun beds were good but the umbrellas were too small to supply enough shade and you couldn’t move them. Breakfast was good although coffee from the machines was average. Lots of variety and choice in each section. Staff were lovely. We had booked a deluxe room and were very grateful as they are on the ground floor and open directly on to the gardens. They have enough outdoor space for two sun beds, an umbrella and a table and two chairs. We spent most days sitting here as it was lovely and peaceful. The room was large, freshly decorated, with a good size bathroom and excellent shower. Towels were new and fluffy. the king sized bed was at least Emperor sized as it was two queens together so 10’ wide! Hilarious . Housekeeping was hit and miss, the room often not being cleaned until mid afternoon and one day not at all until chased. The gym was really not up to scratch. Small with very old machines and the exchangeable hand holds were missing so we couldn’t use most of them. The mats were dirty and ripped. Very disappointing as everything else was great.

Ja, das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist trotzdem gut in Schus und wird gut gereingt. Das Frühstück - das Beste, während unserer ganzen Reise. Sehr freundliches und eingespieltes Personal. Finde es doof, es zu sagen, aber man spürt die Schweizer Leitung, im positiven Sinne.Die Lage ist super und der Strand vor dem Hotel, wunderschön. Auch das Essen tagsüber und abends lecker, wenn auch etwas teurer. Etwas befremdlich, dass fast jeder Essen vom Frühstück mitnimmt und keiner moniert - manche mit Tupperware :-) Ebenfalls immer ärgerlich für nicht früh Aufsteher, dass die Strandliegen komplett besetzt werden, auch schon in der Nacht davor :-) und auch da wird nicht moniert. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört, denn sonst war alles tiptop.

Overall, it was a really nice experience. However, we did face an issue with low water pressure for showering in the evening between 5 and 7 PM. In General the staff were so nice and helpful and I wanted to say thank you to all additionally it would be great if the staff clarified any misunderstandings during conversations by asking again, rather than saying “okay” and proceeding incorrectly or overlooking the request.

Der var en frygtelig larm fra to generatoren på taget. 24/7. Det lød som om der holdt en lastbil uden foran døren med motoren i tomgang. Den anden lidt længere væk lød som en vaskemaskine

Très bon hôtel

Lovely place with direct access to the beach. Spacious and comfortable room. Gorgeous breakfast. Fabulous tropical garden with palmes and lotus. The beach could be perfect if garbage (small pièce of plastics, bottle caps etc.) among the deckchairs would be removed and open spaces better cleaned. Thank you!

Fantastic hotel, good service. Rooms are comfortable and there is a good size pool. Location is great, near to laundrettes, restaurants and bars.

Wonderful stay we just had a real problem with the front door lock which the engineer had to take apart for hours and it got really stressful. A one off glitch probably and everything else was great.
