Clean and well run. Right next to nightlife and easy access to the old city. The airport shuttle was a nice touch

The property is in a great location, central to most things in Chiang Mai, shopping, bars and night market. After a noisy (customers next door) night, first night, I asked the next morning to be moved in which the staff were only to happy to accommodate.

A great option for staying close to the evening markets and nightlife, but also offering peaceful relaxation.

Excellent Location - close to restaurants, bars, massage... Our room type is Deluxe Double Room - room is spacious, bathroom is spacious. A free shuttle service takes you to the airport at certain hours. A good variety of breakfast but too bad that the food is not hot enough. Pool is very different from what was shown on the website. Do not expect you can check-in early or late check-out even if you are willing to pay. I don't know it's because they are full or it's their general practice. Soundproofing is not good if you are a light sleeper.

Good spot just outside the busyness of old town, very friendly staff and the breakfast is excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very accommodating and genuinely happy to help you. Bed a little hard, but ok. Pool nice too. The burger place attached to it, they were so delicious! Also the bkft had a very nice variety.

Muy cordial la recepcionistas y el personal del desayuno. Muy cómodas y pintorescas las habitaciones.

The room was filthy when we got in there we had to wipe it down and clean it, but the bathroom was clean. It was giving the Bates motel.

Great staff, good for price, typical thai streets arround and great night markets ten minutes walk away.

Our room smelled like old toilet…
