It was nice to enjoy free welcome drinks, happy hour drinks and 25%off in restaurant. The room design seemed good, near the long tailed boat pier while we back to Ao Nang from Railay Beach. Actually the hotel near Noppharat Thara Beach more than Ao Nang. There were two night markets near the hotel, one at the end of the same street and another next to Holiday Inn resort. A travel information shop left hand side next to the hotel was good, provided reasonable price for the one day tours with good services. The swimming pool was not big but nice. However, the wifi was unstable and need to login and login many time. Beside, the shower water seemed have bad smell and the bottle water was little bit salty.

The hotel is not located at the center, about 10 mins walk to the beach, but it is not a problem. There are night market, food market, restaurants & shops around. Pool access room is excellent. Even though the pool is shallow & small, I enjoyed to have a dip at any time.

Tereible experience Check in time is 2pm and we have to wait until 3:40pm to get the room When waiting, staff just ignores us when we asked them when the room will be ready Hotel claimed that it is peak season but the reason is unacceptable Frontdesk staff no smile, and shows impatient Mattress is too hard Poor wifi, always disconnect Even 4G is not good inside hotel room Hygiene standard is poor, there are a lot of dead insect bodies being killed by previous guests on the wall, obviously the hotel never clean the wall Many ants in the room Housekeeper too lazy to provide us new toilet rolls when cleaning. May be because i put the tissue inside the toilet as all toilet rolls are used up. They come in and found i am using tissue and even didn't provide new toilet rolls when they make up the room Pros: great location and pool is good but a bit small (i stay in pool access room) Overall: a poor standard and aging hotel, never come back or recommend to others

位置離奧南大街大概步行5-10分鐘，離海灘也滿近的！這次入住樓中樓的Club Room房間滿大的，還有陽台！空間滿舒服！員工服務很好，很友善！

超級舒適既酒店,各方面都非常好,早餐唔錯 唯一不便就係出入要靠TUKTUK由海灘區返酒店 如果唔係要行大約十至十五分鐘路程

入住后很失望的酒店，原本第一次去奥南就想去。第二次毫不犹豫地选择了它。安排我们在游泳池另一侧的一楼，阳台外面很压抑。床上用品没有更换，很脏，伴侣因此身上长了很多包包，又硬又红。空调被遮住，房间很热。第二天让酒店帮忙换房间未果。服务态度一般，问个问题一句：“我不知道”就完了。以后不会再来。

入住時沒有welcome drink，房間設備有問題，職員能提供轉房。 泳池十分舒適，附近有不少的旅行代理，食店和按摩店，交通也很方便。 建議租住向泳池方向的房間。 雖然沒有24小時櫃臺服務，若要半夜退房，要提早通知櫃臺人員，以便去安排職員半夜協助退房和安排早餐。

酒店位置都算ok 距機場約15分鐘車程 房間好大有露台 舒適乾淨整齊 職員有善樂於協助我地既要求 酒店外多食肆 有士多同便利店 距離沙灘5分鐘路程 15分鐘大街路程 整體非常好

酒店設施ok,泳池夠大,又有按摩池位,房間夠大,床夠大,又有露台涼衫位 附近有便利店找換店,食肆好多,不過價錢唔太平 對出係沙灘，行去只需十分鐘 行去大街夜市都係十五分鐘

Giving the weak wifi connection, it give us an opportunity of not browsing the internet and feel the nature. The restaurant food is so so. Recommend to pick some local restaurant in same street. 15 mins walk to Au Nang beach (The most busiest place in that area). Or you can pay 300 batt to there.

The sound proving of the hotel was bad, heard the screaming from the pool, the walking sound outside the room corridor. The squeaking sound from the bed whenever u move, The bed was hard. Breakfast ok, aircon ok. Though location convenient. Lack of a smile from the front desk staff

People screaming at the pool.....The room overall was ok, the bed had squeaking sound whenever you move on the bed. Breakfast ok. The staff at the front desk lack of a smile. Though location convenient.

泳池面積在附近酒店來說算大，舒服，寫意。睡房設計亦頗有特色。 酒店去奥南旺區步行也只是15分鐘步程。

We booked three rooms if staff can arrange next room will be better

一切都很棒，尤其是服務人員…是喀比很有氣質的飯店…房間數不多…多是歐美渡假人士…緊臨奧南海灘…出入方便…飯店泳池超讚，住1F泳池旁的房間緊鄰泳池有私人陽臺很適合渡假…

預算足夠的話可預約 1F pool 旁的套房，房間直接可進入泳池，有私人陽臺空間…很適合度假…飯店早餐很棒…
