Welcome to River View Residence. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Our reception operates 24 hours to assist you at any time. Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid passport or Thai ID card, and a cash deposit of 1,000 THB per room is required. This deposit will be refunded at check-out. Please note that we do not offer on-site parking. For easy arrival, we recommend using "Baan Chimcha" as the taxi drop-off point via Google Maps. All guest rooms are air-conditioned, and the building is equipped with an elevator. River views are available in Exclusive rooms only. You are welcome to dine at our River Vibe Restaurant & Bar, located on the 8th and 9th floors, open daily from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms, but a designated smoking area is available outside. Pets are not allowed on the property. For assistance or inquiries, please contact us at +66 97 129 5429 or reach us via Line: @riverview. We look forward to hosting you and hope you enjoy your stay! Please note: From 19–31 October 2025, Chow Sue Kong Shrine parking will not be available due to the Vegetarian Festival.

場所は中華街にほど近い場所。ファランボーン駅から１５分ほど。中華街に近く日によってはかなり騒がしいのですが、それが良い。 スタッフは最高。屋上で頂いた朝食は景色、味も良く大満足。 人気のバンコク中華街を満喫するにも最高の立地です。

This was my fourth stay at this hotel on this trip. I'm always impressed by the simple beauty of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, and the location in the Talad Noi district. I will definitely book it again on my next trip to Bangkok.

Absolytely not if driving SUV. No safe parking for car either. Grazy narrow and occupied streets around. Backpackers may find this location and hotel OK but as family with car better to skip this place. Gave up and turned around before damaging our car and did not even saw hotel.

C’est la deuxième fois fois que je venais car le quartier me plaît et les chambres exécutive ont vraiment une très belle vue. Mais le personnel est vraiment feignant et désagréable et cette fois-ci cela m’a agacée.

Een geweldig uitzicht plek vanuit het hotel over de rivier. Het hotel ligt in het laatste stukje van Chinatown. De kamer is redelijk netjes, badkamer kan beter. Balkon is heerlijk en de airco werkt fantastisch! Het dakterras heeft een fantastisch uitzicht op de rivier. De drankjes zijn er alleen schrikbarend duur (geworden). Ter vergelijking: je eet in de stad voor 80 bath (nog geen 3 euro) een warme maaltijd. Een wijntje op het terras daar kost 9 euro. Terwijl de kamer 18 euro per nacht kost. Vreemde verhoudingen. We vonden het buurtje bijzonder. Je moet niet schrikken van oude spullen en een beetje armoede.

Lovely hotel nestled in the side streets of Chinatown, with some the best river and cityviews. Peaceful location with no traffic. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast options. Stayed here for a long weekend and enjoyed my stay. Will book again.
