There will be the additional charged for electricity 200 THB (daily)per night and cleaning fee 400 THB (Per booking)
Deposit Policy
Deposit 0 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Pets are allowed in the accommodation. Additional charges apply.
There will be the additional charged for one-time cleaning fee 900 THB (Per booking for clean of the villa when you check-out) We do clean the villa for free one time per week.
Please note that daily price includes water and free electricity 35 KW per day, however, if you open the AC and the doors at the same time we have to charge you for the overused electric on check-out by 10 baht/KW.
If you use the AC for 24 hours a day, it costs about 100 baht /day/AC, using a setting of 24 degrees and assuming hot weather outside.
A THB 2,000 damage deposit is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.
