I had a very fine night stay at the Rom Po Boutique, which my friend Patrick had recommended to me. His guided tour of the surrounding area, individualized for my tastes, added to the wonderful experience. Back at the hotel the staff was ever accommodating and genuinely friendly I highly recommend Rom Po for a memorable stay in Chiang Mai.

near Tae Phae Gate/Warorot Market/Night Baraar, it's good place to stay.
the hotel is 2 floor wood-constructed, the soundproofing is so weak, I can hear the TV sound next to me, and also hear the moan at the midnight (lol)....
if you don't mind to be heard by people next to you, this is recommend hotel you can choose.
(PS. the water pressure at the shower is also weak....it takes me more time to shower.)

我原本訂了兩個房間共4晚，晚上到埗後check in，酒店職員告訴我祗訂了1個房間，我於是出示文件，該職員看過後，再翻查記錄才說他們出錯，但表示祗剩1個房間，期後帶我們兩人到另一間殘舊酒店住了一晚，第二日才返回酒店住宿，懷疑酒店over booking。另房間有蚊，每日黃昏返回酒店都要拍蚊，相信是職員執拾房間時，打開房門讓蚊進入房間內。二樓房間浴室水力不足，地下房間無此問題。但酒店CP值，還算很高。對要求高的人不建議租住。

Good Location, Wonderful Staff, Hotel provide great food, tour.
Room doesn't feel really safe, as it only use curtain blind. Sound proof of walls need to do better. Bed need to be more stable, as whenever move it make big wood sound.

是個很有特色的小旅店，我很喜歡整體的風格，而且距離舊城區、夜市都非常近，走路都在五到十分鐘即可到達。
唯一的小缺點是浴室的水量有點不足，水也不夠熱。

Rom Po Boutique 房價不算高但為客人設想周到,從冰箱 煮水壺 茶包咖啡包,毛巾浴巾洗髮沐浴乳等一應具全, 浴室廁所與房間有透明拉門, 每個房前還有涼椅等,供發呆看書靜坐聊天吃東西,木造建築感覺很清涼; 旅館設有咖啡shop (咖啡不錯),餐點也有一定水準,很方便;唯一小缺點是馬桶通風設計不良,以致會有小臭味,另外隔音也不是很好

The staff service & others are quite helpful & esay to connect. Only one thing is the smell from toilet. The fan is always ran but you can get smell a little bit around toilet area. If they fix these issue, their rating will increase quickly. Just comment with positive option.
