This is Japanese language. 13日と17日に泊まりました。13日はバスローブ、セーフティボックスが無い部屋で、17日は両方ありました。同じ金額で泊まっているのですが、サービス内容が違うことに不満がありました。 そして、両日ともにシャワールームに不満があります。排水が弱く、シャワーを浴びていると足元に水が溜まって不快です。さらにシャワーブースから洗面台の床の方へ水が漏れているようで、シャワーの後に洗面台を使うことが困難でした。床を拭いて使っていました。 これらが無ければ完全にまた選ぼうと思います。 朝食やその他に関しては何も問題無く、過ごしやすかったです。

徒歩圏内にコンビニ、足ツボマッサージがあり良かったです。

We have stayed at the Royal Benji many times. They have remodeled the rooms. They are beautiful!

BTSナナ駅から歩いて5、6分。ナナ駅あたりは行き止まりの路地も多いので、大通りからのアクセスが無難だと思いました。近くにセブンイレブンがあり、レストランもあるので、使いやすいホテルです。スタッフの方々は、とても親切で丁寧。朝ごはんも美味しかったです。 お部屋をアップグレードして下さり、30階のとても広いお部屋でした。寝具もお部屋も清潔で、空調も快適で、気持ちよく過ごせました。 最初、部屋のスリッパが無かったので、 ハウスキーピングに電話をしたら、すぐに部屋まで届けてくださいました。 朝6時ピックアップのツアー会社より、 朝ごはんに間に合わない時は、朝ごはんをパックしてくれるところがあると聞いたので、フロントに尋ねてみましたが、ロイヤルベンジャでは、まだ、やっていないとのことでした。まあでも、総合的に、素晴らしいホテルだと思います。ぜひ、また、来たいです。ありがとうございました！

Good: big room,nice view, free soap and coffee, hot water, ac works and clean room. Bad: people from certain country always swimming on pool with clothes on and making it dirty with that and by eating next to pool. Gym has just very little weights. Far from the main street.

My room was luxurious and only £60 per night with a stunning view over the city, a very comfortable king sized bed and a spacious bathroom. All very clean and the breakfast included was nice too. Nice spacious lobby to sit in. The hotel area is pretty quiet as at the top of a cult de sac that is a few minutes walk down to Sukhumvit, which is a fun but very noisy area with lots of bars, tourists, prostitutes and ladyboy central. If you strongly want to avoid that side of BKK culture then this hotel isn't in the ideal location for you. Not that the noise affects the hotel though. The pool and gym facilities are not amazing but decent. I was a bit disappointed that there was no bar facility as it even says 'lobby bar' inside the elevators yet there is no bar. The receptionist staff were a little indifferent when I asked about this. I didn't have time to check out the snooker room or sauna but those are nice extras. Overall I was very happy with this hotel mainly because of the great room and view. It's location is quite fun and only about 5-10 minutes walk from BTS station Nana, so that was convenient too.

The hotel is a classic. Beautifully art deco and old world charm. Huge bath and large rooms reflecting in an era of style.

Great price with breakfast included it is a little older but clean and it has 31 floors so you get a great view. Good pool area. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I alway stay at the Royal Benji when in Bangkok. It is in a safe neighborhood, friendly and caring staff, clean rooms, the best location, close to public transportation since we do not rent a car while here. This is our 10 year staying at this hotel.Nice pool and weight room.

Excellent hotel

Es ist ein gutes und preiswertes Hotel, Nähe Sukhumvit. Es ist allerdings ein wenig abgewohnt. Das Personal ist ebenso wie das Frühstück ausgezeichnet.

Dated Hoel. Air conditioning weak. Better values for the price in Bangkok. Close to everything in Sukhumvit

Hotel je dobře umístěn v blízkosti stanice metra NANA. V hotelu jsem po několikáté. Je dobré, že hotel nabízí za stejnou cenu prodloužený check out, to je vhodné hlavně při odletech z Asie. Hotel již má své nejlepší léta zasebou, ale všiml jsme si, že probíhají rekonstrukce pokojů. Výhoda hotelu je výhled z pokojů na město. To ocení ti, co jsou v Bangkoku poprvé. Pokoje jsou prostorné a většinou obsahují dvě postele velikosti king. Pokoje jsou čisté. Nevýhoda, že nejsou trezory na pokojích. Trezory jsou na recepci. Cennosti nikdy nenechávat volně na pokojích! Snídaně jsou dobré, spíše zaměřené na asijské hosty. Hotelový bazén je slušný s lehce slanou vodou. WIFI je rychlé a dostupné v celém hotelu. Poblíž hotelu je arabské čtvrť, kde oceníte dobré kurzy za směnu. Také jsou zde dobré arabské restaurace. Okolí je bezpečné a na Bangkok klidné. V dochozí vzdálenosti jsou zábavní místa NANA a SOI COWBOY. Blízko obchodní dům Terminal 21 kde je pobočka singapurské restaurace Hawker Chan. Royal Benja Hotel nabízí ubytování za příznivou cenu

Had some kinds of bugs in my room. Even when they offered to change my room the new room had them too. Not so friendly in the reception.

태국 갈 때 자주 이용 호텔입니다 한인 타운 가기 편하고 지하철 이용 도 용이하고 아침 조식이 좋고 등등 방이 넓고 나에겐 좋습니다 ㅎㅎㅎ

Hôtel que nous avons fréquenté plusieurs fois.environnement ....se détériore.tres fréquenté par des asiatiques ,très bruillants,laissant les poubelles de denrées qu ils consommes ,devant la porte des chambres ,piscine pas bien entretenue...dommage .un point positif,la rénovation des chambres

The service on arrival was awful. It took me nearly 1 hour to be checked in because it took to long time do to the checking in for the staff. The room look nicer om the picture than it was, at least on the 15th floor. It was a bit run down. Big room and bathroom. The cleaning guy at the 15th floor was fantastic! I have never seen anybody clean so GOOD as he did in all the hotel I have stayed in Thailand! He should be the Manager of the cleaning staff at this hotel or other hotels in Thailand! He should get a paid raise!!! Really nice and service minded guy!!! The breakfast was ok but not a wow factor. Great location to Nana station and to restaurants and bars at the same time as it is quiet.
