Great service great view good room

這是一間令人有賓至如歸感覺的渡假酒店！ Check in時，職員熱情款待，俸上welcome drink之餘; Manager Mr Sellier 親身迎接及講解酒店內設施！以往住過同類型5星级洒店，未有如此熱情好客的款待！ 酒店相連同一集團另外三間酒店，大泳池超過5個，餐廳約11間包括中西美食，服務態度殷勤認真，職員經常帶住微笑有禮款待！享用泳池時，職員主動舖好沙灘椅毛巾，並預備好毛巾放在泳池上水位置旁邊給我們備用！ 房間間格寬濶，分隔廳房，乾淨整齊，有大型按摩浴缸，房內除酒精飲品外，其他飲品不另收費，並免費奉上生果盤，朱古力及cookie款待，相比我在旅程中住過屬5星級酒店，服務卻是天淵之別！

Very nice room with a very beautiful oceanview. I did really enjoy my stay here with my family. This hotel is definitely a great choice for ppl who always want to stay away from their busy life for a while like us. Thanks to all the friendly staff who offered us helps whenever we were in needs. Have no doubt to come back again!

人非常少很清静，房间很温馨舒适服务非常好，spa做的很好唯一缺点是没有沙滩！ 但是特别值得一提的是这里的餐特别好，早餐是点餐制但是期新鲜和用料考究程度非常高。早餐是在泰国吃过最好的！ 有一天半夜叫客房用餐以为不会太好但是没有想到意外的好吃！绿咖喱是在泰国吃的最好的，而且价格很实惠！ 然后不介意沙滩的话非常推荐这家

酒店非常舒适，餐饮很棒，非常值得推荐。美中不足的是有点偏远，芭堤雅公共交通不发达，很少的出租车。而嘟嘟车几乎不到酒店。

Complex is dated a bit. Ceiling are low in the units, a tall person would not enjoy the property. They are very helpful and nice towards the patrons.

The Royal Wing was absolutely top notch. The room was an absolutely elegant traditional Thai decor , and so comfy. The food is great, the staff is amazing and so welcoming, I will absolutely be back here soon! Just a great experience all around.. and by the way, for those travelers who like a good strong air-conditioning (like me) in the room, these rooms definitely have it! You can keep your room nice and cool all day long! Overall, 5 stars all the way. Loved Royal Wings Suites!

Amazing places

We stayed at the Royal Wing for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and had booked the “Dining under the stars” experience. The setup was amazing and very romantic. Food and service was also top class. This place is just the best. The staff has this unique way of noticing the smallest detail and make sure that you are as comfortable and relaxed as possible during your stay. Don’t go here for the beach though. Don’t matter anyway, the pool complex is world class.

The staff is amazing. The mattress is not very comfortable

Wir waren for genau 20 Jahren im Wing. Es war auch dazumal ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. In diesem Jahr sind wir 2 Wochen geblieben. Es war wiederum ein sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der service am Frühstück, am Pool vom Personal war hervorragend. Keine Wünsche blieben Offen. Die Zimmer wurden diskret den ganzen Tag in Ordnung gehalten. Ja der Aufenthalt hat immer noch nichts an Qualität verloren. Vielen Dank gerne wieder.

Nice enough hotel, little bit dated and very quiet . Staff were friendly and polite. As the property is older the corridors were not covered by ac so a little hot. The buffet breakfast in the hotel next door was good but be aware if you have a sleeveless top on as they tried to stop me entering which I point blank refused. I could understand if that was the a la carte breakfast in the royal wing suite but it wasn’t . Not good and p@@sssd me off quite a bit. The cost is a little high for an older style property albeit nice staff and service. The location is nice as far as the view but not really walking distance to anything around however grab/bolt tacos are easy.

Hotellet er fantastisk. Suiterne er store og pæne. Personalet er ud over alle grænser høflige og imødekommende. Service er helt i top, og det er virkeligt smukt udført. Selve resortet er lidt begrænset i spisemuligheder, og underholdning, og man skal desværre lidt langt væk for at komme til enten Jomtien eller Pattaya by for at få den lokale oplevelse. Det sagt, så er stedet flot, fantastisk, og helt igennem lækkert, så det er meget anbefalelsesværdigt, som et romantisk getaway.
