我是要訂4月13日到4月14日的住宿，電腦誤植1月13日到1月14日的住宿，確認單才發現錯誤，馬上要求更改，無論如何溝通，對方總是置之不理，真是不愉快的經驗。

Very close to local market and flower market, close to night market and old downtown, it's good. Can provide good advice and help arrangment different kinds of trip, good. Breakfast is really not as good as I image, drink only teabag and coffee bag, one dish like fried egg with some meat per person,a little pineapple per room, and it's not enough for eat at all. But there is free fruit(banana) for eat. Room cleaning isn't not so good also as I find hair on the floor in the room after they clean it. Given we need to bare foot in this building, better if they can clean the floor. PS: wifi is good, shower water is ok, and most important is it's quiet in the night, good for sleeping.

The room has personality, the staff is always smiling and caring about your well-being, the location is perfect, I don’t have much to say except that I miss this room that made my Chiang Mai experience so sweet and just amazing… thank you!!! Eyes closed.. rustic fantastic!!

Clean room, friendly staff and with a few minutes walk of the night bazaar. To walk into the old city takes around 20 minutes - but lots to see along the way
