1st...There is no spa!! The pool is nice, but there is no poolside service. Breakfast was minimal, bot great and not bad, just ok. The hotel seems understaffed and those present do the best they can. The whole place is pretty run down, outdated and just in need of a remodel. The restaurant was ok,and the staff did bring the food to the pool upon request. Overall the price just seemed too much for a run down, understaffed hotel with no spa.

Für junge Leute ist es vielleicht nicht schlecht aber wer nicht so gut zu Fuß ist( wie ich) und wer nichts erleben möchte richtig. Kein Shuttle Service. Nicht gut

Værelset vi fik var ikke noget særligt og der var en kæmpe kakerlak da vi modtog det, og en død kakerlak i vasken et par dage efter. Ikke noget vi oplevede andre steder. Ellers fint sted, det lå lidt udenfor byen og det vidste vi også godt. Morgenmaden var udemærket med en fantastisk udsigt og ved poolen var det også rigtig smukt

Loved the views, this is WHY people come to stay here. AStudio: Bed and room was nice. Cons: Overall condition of the outside of property is very old and run down. Pool table felt ripped in at least 3 big areas, was embarrassing to see. Could have been really nice to play pool,. Shower fixture came detached from wall during first use. Pool not maintain very well, needed skimming before I or girlfriend would enter. Almost no customer service beyond normal Thai culture greatings. Asked for a better rate for second night and they wanted more money than others were asking online, so I took my business elsewhere. Breakfast was "so so", hot omelettes okay but under cooked, still raw egg on inside. Croissants in toaster w jam, delightful! Pad Thai in serving bin was cold (no lit heat source to keep for hot). If your willing to pay the prices, come for the views and expect nothing else, you may be very pleased, as the views do not disappoint!

Booked 4 night only stayed 1, so many stairs and such a steep driveway, out of town but a great view, pool tiles missing, staff standing around when we were wanting drinks paying no attention, was no mention of the steep drive on the website and all the stairs up and down just to get to your room, but it is built into the cliff side, not recommended by me at all

Alquile una habitacion con bañera y no solo no me dieron la habitación contratada sino que encima no salía agua caliente de la ducha... Encima el personal muy desagradable a la hora de gestionarlo todo, en lugar de hacer nuestra estancia agradable han conseguido que no queramos volver más a este lugar... La limpieza, deja mucho que desear... El sofá con arena, la ducha mohosa y los sanitarios para no sentarse... Ofertan tv satelite y solo se ven los locales... En fin, precios de lujo para un lugar deprimente, con unos empleados que deberian hacer un curso de como tratar correctamente a sus clientes...

L'hotel se trouve sur les hauteurs et commande des vues imprenables sur la cote est, depuis les piscines (il y en a trois), les chambres ou la terrasse du restaurants panoraiques. Le decor n'est pas neuf mais reste tres correcte, et a part ceci, tout est genial. Chambre spacieux avec grand balcon.

Vi hade tänkt stanna längre, men var tvugna att checka ut. Efter att vi blev serverade ett riktigt dåligt rödvin i restaurangen och klagade, så blev vi inte serverade något mer och betjänterna var synnerligen otrevliga. Det var nog en av dom sämsta upplevelser jag haft på någon semester.

Pleasant place to relax in a tranquil area, but need some renovation. Dirty water in the swimming pools.

Alles super! Nur zu empfehlen. Das beste Hotel, was wir in Thailand hatten. Wir hatten eine Hütte gebucht. Diese hat eine Glaswand, so dass man von überall Blick auf die Bucht/das Wasser hatte. Romantischer Strand und prima Pool.

Struttura molto bella esternamente, le piscine molto trascurate e le camere non pulite in modo appropriato. In 8 giorni di soggiorno il nostro lavandino e la vasca da bagno non sono mai stati puliti. Cambiavano gli asciugamani anche troppi spesso ma gli accappatoi mai sempre in 8 giorni

Εμεινα συνολικα 6 νυχτες σε αυτο το ξενοδοχειο. Το πρωινο ηταν πολυ μετριο, οπως και το WiFi ηταν πολυ κακο στο δωματιο. Δεν εχει ολες τις παροχες που προβαλη δυστηχως, μονο η περιοχη αξιζει γιατι εχει αρκετα πραγματα να κανεις αλλα παλι χρειαζεσαι μεσον μεταφορας.

we had a pleasent stay at the hotel. staff were friendly and our room was comfortable. Amazing seaview room. location is a little far from the main town and only 2 buses into town are offered daily. There were no shops local to pick up odd bits which meant that you were kind of restricted to leaving at the specific times (11am and 5pm) or you would need to order a taxi (300bht one way) to get into town. Also as it was on top of a steep hill coming back from town you have to pay extra if you want to be dropped off at the hotel door. at times we struggled to find tuk tuks that would take us to the hotel. We experienced a power cut ( which was planned) from 10-4pm on one of the days but it really didnt effect the stay. Happy hours on coctails (99bht) took place from 2pm-7pm which kept things fun.

전체적으로 해변에서 휴양 하기에는 최고입니다. 해변 수심도 깊지 않고 메남비치 주변에선 가격대비 여기가 좋습니다. 근처에 마사지삽도 가격대비 잘하고 룸상태는 아담하고 방갈로를 좋아하면 좋습니다.^^

Очень хороший отель. Долго выбирали между отелем на пляже и этим отелем. Выбрали, конечно, шикарный вид и не ошиблись. В отеле можно снять машину или байк( но , дешевле снять на чавенге или ламае). Подъем в отель очень крутой, но быстро привыкаешь и не замечаешь его. Завтраки обычные, европейские.Голодным не останешься.В отеле 4 бассейна: 2 маленьких, 1 средний и 1 большой(большой находиться возле спа зоны)Номера убирали каждый день.Украшали кровати фигурами из полотенец и цветами. Отель достаточно тихий.До ближайшего пляжа на байке 2 минуты. При выезде подарили сувенирчики, мелочь, но приятно.
