总体来说不错，但地上卫生清洁不干净，有沙子。电视信号不太好，电视节目不清楚

此洒店離機場較遠..是島的另一端..喜歡清靜的,較好,,洒店不錯,,櫃台小姐態度相當友善...我們訂有二房,,其中有不包早餐的,(因是最後一間),居然請吃,,雖然是小數..看出是心意..謝..

Great Hotel and Location.

Great place to stay in Lamai, 5 -10 walk from all the bars and restaurants. Staff are brilliant. Will definitely stay there again..

조용하고 번화가랑 적당히 떨어져서(걸어 갈 수 있음) 멀고 해변 접근이 짱 쉽습니다. 호텔에 엘리베이터 없어요. 호텔 분들 다들 영어 잘 하시고 상냥합니다. 매일 아침에 풀장 청소를 해서 저는 풀장도 엄청 자주 썼어요. 다음에도 또 올거에요.

Nicht zu empfehlen! Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Bilder stimmen nicht mit dem aktuellen Zustand überein. Der Pool ist in miserablen Zustand, es sind überall Fliesen abgeplatzt und nur Plastik-Liegen ohne Auflagen. Auch die angegebene Lage ist nicht korrekt. Hotel liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite und man hat einen Strandzugang über die gegenüber gelegene Bungalow Anlage (zweites Standbein und einige Bewertungen der Bungalow Anlage auf die Hotelanlage übernommen). Zum Zimmer gibt es nichts besseres zu sagen - Badezimmer wurde seit Jahren nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt. Überall Unmengen an Kalk und Schimmel & die Toilette hat viel Urin-Stein. Zudem bekamen wir bei Ankunft schmutziges Bettzeug, welches erst auf Nachfrage gewechselt wurde. Dies war auch das einzige Mal, dass unsere Bettwäsche gewechselt wurde. Weiter ließ die tägliche Reinigung auch zu wünschen übrig, es wurde nicht täglich das complementary water oder Kaffee/Tee aufgefüllt. Die Wände sind dazu dünn & man kann die Gespräche der Nachbarn hören - zum Nachteil, wenn diese einen deutlich anderen Lebensrhythmus und -Art haben. Auch unsere Ankunft war nicht schön und uns wurde erstmal mitgeteilt, dass unser Zimmer eigentlich ausgebucht ist. Man hätte uns wohl per Mail über das Portal versucht zu kontaktieren und darauf hingewiesen, dass wir kostenfrei stornieren könnten. Nicht sehr professionell. Zum Glück gab es aber noch eine andere Stornierung und es war dann doch ein Zimmer frei.

Mycket bra läge, trevlig personal och bra service. Något slitet poolen behöver rustas upp, annars bra 👍

Super gastfreundlich und nett! Alles im Zimmer was man braucht- sogar eine korbtasche mit Handtüchern fuer den strand! Sauber! Nette moeglichkeiten zum Essen in der Nähe! Gerne wieder! Kop kuun kaa!!! ❤️

Fantastisk service och mycket trevlig personal. Dessutom var hotellets mat bättre än de flesta restauranger i området. Jag åker garanterat tillbaka..

My room had mosquitos and bugs and smelled like mildew. the front desk person was extremely rude and she was even yelling at me because i was had a rash on my arm because of the bugs in the room. i left immediately after 5 minutes of checking in. they refused to refund me for the room even though i had to go see a doctor and pay out of my pocket. i stayed across the street at te Villa Marina which was a way-way better. Don't waste yuor money on this filthy hotel.

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly receptionist & was quickly checked into the main hotel with a pool view from our balcony. Overall the room was clean & comfortable, the hotel itself is in need of a little updating but has an old school charm. The pool was mostly quiet & cleaned everyday. It is a very short walk from Lamai beach & has free sun loungers for guests. The staff were very helpful & we were always greeted with a smile. The breakfast is okay & the WIFI was a little up & down at times but on the whole it was good. This is a pleasant place to stay & is situated away from the noise of the main strip.

Very satisfied with hotel and it's location.the maid was excellent
