Pros: Stunning sea view with spacious bedrooms and living & dinners rooms. Villa equipped with elevator, best fitted for elderly. Cons: Quite hard to find upon first time and road uphill is quite dark at night as no road lamps along the side. TV channels cannot connected with tv signals. Therefore, no local TV channels received. Safe boxes didn’t work as can’t set up the password. Also water pressure in the largest bedroom is very low, thus the running water volume is very small. Suggest to rent a car for the trip if staying in Koh Samui for quite a while!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is spacious with beautiful amenities including a lovely deck and pool, game room, movie room, and plenty of space. The management was very communicative and responded quickly to questions. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely wonderful time in this gorgeous villa. Highly recommend. We opted to have a chef for the day, which was just delightful i would again stay here in a heart beat

Amazing house with an amazing view over the ocean and the sunset. We stayed in Villa Cicada and we loved the pool area and the gaming/ movie room. We want to come back.

We recently (October 2024) stayed in the Sundance Villa as a family of 5 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our 7 nights. Property was amazing, beds were extremely comfortable and each room had its own bathroom giving everyone their own privacy. The pool was amazing and provided hours of fun. Every room had speakers you could connect your spotify to. The games room and cinema were great to enjoy indoor family time. Communication with the staff was easy and nothing was to much trouble, we were able to book tours, massages with ease. Food delivery was also a breeze. Thank you Samui Sunset we loved our vacation!!!

This villa is absolutely fantastic. Superbly located and furnished. Views are breathtaking. The location is amazing and very convenient. We rented scooters to make getting around easy. The manager is super helpful and very responsive. We highly recommend this villa. We stayed here for a week with 11 family members for Mom's 80th birthday. The elevator makes it easy to go up and down this 3 level villa. The game/TV room is also so fun! Highly, highly recommend!!
