Excellent hotel. The swimming pool view from the balcony is beautiful. Air-conditioning is just right and the room comes with a safe box. Cleanliness is so-so as I saw two times some tiny cockroaches crawling around in toilet and the towels were found to have some slight taint on them. Location of the hotel is a bit far away from the Patong Beach center area as it takes around 10 minutes to walk there.

服务员非常热情、周到，早餐也算丰盛。房间设施不是很新，卫生间不大。有两个泳池，主要是孩子比较喜欢。酒店的对面有个小鱼市，看到老爷爷100泰铢买走两条多大鱼）、租摩托（300泰铢一天），还可以租船出海浮潜和钓鱼。去闹市区也很方便，2个人坐TUK TUK去PATONG购物中心BIG C超市大概200泰铢。

The staff were outstanding! So friendly, so many people work here, alwsys someone near to help out. We had an airconditionning problem and they installed a new one, worked till 9:00 at night to make sure it worked and to make sure we were happy, one day, a small article fell while cleaning our room and the cleaning crew waited for our return to let us know and wanted to make sure we knew about it. That proves their honesty! It impressed us! I highly recommend this hotel, facing the beach far from the noise of Bangala road. There is also a manager on site, she is always checking out the site and makes sure we are happy! I will return!

Beachfront hotel with very good breakfast and great service

We booked a superior twin on level 3, which had a balcony and sea view. Our room was great, comfortable and more than adequate for our stay period 25 Dec - 5 Jan 2026. It was very busy in Patong, so we enjoyed the location and distance from the busy section of beach (about a 15-20min walk). Yes the room could do with updating, but it was clean and very well serviced. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and accessible at all hours. We locked ourselves out at 3am and they were there in minutes to let us in. The pools are great...with 3 to choose from, and for a busy period the pools were not crowded at all. The 7/11 is about a 6-8min walk away (very handy) with restaurants and shops within a 10min walk. We loved our stay here and would definitely go back :)

The property is just beside the patong sea, so the view is amazing especially when u have your breakfast in the morning, aprt from that it gives great breakfast and quiet place.

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of friends for six nights, and I absolutely loved every moment spent on the property. Before booking, I came across a few negative reviews regarding maintenance issues, but honestly, given the massive size of the property, occasional hiccups are understandable. That said, the staff were incredibly alert and responsive—resolving any minor issues promptly and with a great attitude. Room & Housekeeping: Our room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped. Housekeeping was top-notch—every day the room was cleaned while we were out for breakfast, and everything was neatly presented on our return. Water bottles and towels were replenished as often as we needed, and each room included a dehumidifier, which made the stay much more comfortable. Food & Dining: The breakfast buffet is absolutely worth it—highly recommended when booking your stay. There was a good mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, including fresh fruits, yogurt, bread, juice, a rotating selection of hot items, meats, and a live omelette station. Room service was consistently fast and impressive. I ordered lunch and dinner a few times (especially loved the Red Curry and Massaman Curry), and the food quality was great every time. Ein gutes Mittelklasse Hotel. Alles da was man braucht. Thailändischer Standard was die Sauberkeit betrifft, reinigen ist nicht reinigen in Europa;-), die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ok. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Poolanlage sauber und gepflegt. Man gibt sich große Mühe.

If it wasn’t for the view and location I wouldn’t stay here one day. It desperately needs renovation. Washrooms are in terrible shape
