Nice spot not far from popular places

Staff are friendly and attentive, the Shama is spacious and clean. Definitely recommend this spot, we especially liked the roof top infinity pool, the fitness room was great, the entertainment room for family and children is lacking some attention.

Stayed for 3 nights in 2 room suite with balcony. All the staff able to speak decent English language, they are polite and friendly. The unit is very spacious. Good for family with todlers too.

I came to Bangkok to have some medical treatments. Shama Sukhumvit Bangkok was the perfect place to recover. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils for basic cooking. Nice sitting area for family. Located in a good area of Bangkok that we like. Staff were very helpful in providing extra pillows for my comfort after my procedure, and caring towards my recovery.

This is a unique location, super quiet in the front and tourist area out the back entrance. The staff is extremely accommodating and efficient. They have an on-site tour booking agent (yes you'll get the stops at various shops) but they're not high pressure like a lot of tour stops. The pool is amazing situated overlooking the city. The location of the hotel is near lots of malls walkable , BTS or taxi. I would definitely stay here again.

The best on the hotel was only the pool and the view from the pool. The room was old and it wasnt worth the money we paid for 1 night.

The hotel is mainly occupied by arabs and families . Location is right at soi 2 and yes it’s where the go go bars are. So u will need a higher floor to stay away from the noise. Not the best if u have young kids who are not familiar with the Thai night life culture. There were women and ladyboys at loitering at the rear of the hotel. But the security was prompt at keeping them out of the property. Overall the stay was good.

1. Dirty room- there are fleas in bed Wecannot sleeping during the trip. No rooms available for change as well. Cover is dirty with a red marks, blankets and pillows is dirty, fleas may from the blankets....not sure we had reported to the hotel, but the staff asking if i got any skin sensitive....., i never have skin problems as well as my roommate 2. Veranda is dirty - lots of dusty and dirty place 3. Table and kitch and bed room as well as toilet also not clean very disappointed in this time i had lived here before many times .....i think no next time

Staff is nice and the service is excellent. The location is convenient, just a 5 minutes walk to Nana station with bars and night market downstairs.

Staff was courteous, respectful, attentive and kind. I think the property had great access to BTS, however I wish the property was not located in the red district. Not only was it loud in the evening, but solicitation was blatant.

Big clean and nice room. Not bad for the money. Except I prepaid for 5 mornings for 4 people for breakfast. I only used 1 of the breakfast vouchers because the food was so bad. Cold waffles. Rest was more of a Thai lunch. I complained but was not offered a refund for the money I prepaid for breakfast. I spent 1500 baht per day eating at coffee club across the street every morning even though we had free breakfast at hotel. Pool area could use updated and area not for children. Lots of bars and late night noise. But still hotel is nice for what we needed. Separate bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living room. Room very nice.

Outstanding property, staff, facilities, cleanliness, room size, everything was simply wonderful.

Staff are not professional, the bell boy was asking me to pay tips to random people! Location is not good especially for families because it is in the middle of the bars and discos. Interior is fine.

Location was great, staff helpful and friendly. Apartment had everything you could possibly need including a washer/dryer

Have very good experience staying at SHAMA, perhaps one of the best staff team I have the pleasure of meeting. The front office team leading by Aswin is a professional team working with passion, big smile and positive attitude. It has been a very memorable experience.

Very comfortable stay. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Buffet breakfast variety below expectation. Can be better. Phoencit centre with. A large basement supermarket and a few hood eateries were a big plus. Must eat at BBCO st next door JW Marriot
