We only needed a place to stay for a single night. We booked this room as it said it was an 18 minute walk to the Rassada Pier. It is a 50 minute walk. Grab was 206 Baht to the pier. So if the reason for your stay you will need to factor that in. Sheets were clean but the towels smelled clean but had brown stains on them.

Suni was very helpful and a sweet lady. Very clean property, quiet. But definitely need your own means of transportation like a motorbike. Close to the pier and phuket old town. A bit hard to find but a phone call and it was found.

Quiet and clean. Crisp white sheets, nice big bed, aircon and fresh towels daily. Owner operated. The owners are very kind and couldn’t be more helpful with anything you might need.

As instalações são boas, utilizamos por ficar perto do porto, me surpreendeu as instalações e a hospitalidade. Cheguei tarde da noite, a dona do hotel me deu carona até um mercado para comprar algo, super gente boa. Lá é possível comprar o ticket de ida e volta de Koh Phi Phi.

Overall, our stay was much better than expected (or at least other reviews indicated). The hostess and her husband were extremely accommodating and beyond hospitable. We were a bit confused upon check-in, but we soon discovered that the owners live next door to the lobby. They even welcomed us three hours before check-in as well which was extremely kind and provided us transportation to a restaurant and a market free of charge. And, likely what most people are looking for in this remote area, is the close proximity to Rassada Pier. We paid a small fee to the hostess to get a ride in the morning. The room was spacious and very clean. We didn't have hot water, though, but after staying in Asian counties a plethora of times before, we weren't that surprised. Plus, the hot weather outside balanced it out nicely. The air conditioning unit in the room was also extremely effective and combatted both heat and humidity the whole night. I would definitely recommend staying here. The customer service was spectacular!

El "hotel" est'a muy apartado de cualquier lugar. A nuestro taxista le costo 40 minutos encontrarlo una vez estabamos ya en la zona. Una vez en el, el check-in fue un caos. La mujer que se encarga del edificio (y creo que a su vez es la propietaria) no entiende ni sabe nada de ingles, por lo que la comunicacion fue NULA. Casi nos hace pagar otra noche (solo pasamos una, pues al dia siguiente ibamos a Phi Phi Islands) por que no podia entender que ya pagamos la reservacion. Ademas, ofrece un servicio de taxi propio que lo hace algo por encima del precio que los propios taxis lo hacen. Tambien nos ofrecio comprar los billetes de ferry para ir a Phi Phi Islands mas caros que en el muelle. Cuando dijimos que si lo queriamos, fuimos a pagar con la tarjeta y por la impaciencia de cobro de la mujer, retiro la tarjeta antes de tiempo (aunque SI se hizo el cobro) y la volvio a meter para re-cobrar. Por suerte, a mi me llegan los cobros a mi telefono y me llego inmediatamente la confirmacion, por lo que le dijimos que ya se habia cobrado. Como su nocion de ingles es 0, nos quiso volver a cobrar varias veces y NO nos devolvio el dinero. Despues de llamara mi banco consegui que anularan el cobro pero FUE UNA ODISEA! Yo, en lo personal, NO RECOMIENDO este "hotel". La habitacion es decente. Sin mas.

Siamo stati una notte in questo albergo perchè dovevamo fare una giornata di immersioni nella zona. La prima camera che ci hanno dato non aveva l'acqua calda funzionante. Ce l'hanno subito sostituita. Rispetto alle foto visibili sul sito, pur rimanendo molto belle le camera, non eravamo nei bungalow intorno alla piscina ma in un grosso fabbricato di 3 piani con molte camere

Very spacious and clean room with friendly staff. We stayed one night before going to Phi Phi island. Staff helped us booking our cruise to the island through Ratsada pier. Far from evrything but it's a good choice if you are looking for a peaceful place.

We stayed one night at the hotel when we were on our way to Phi Phi from Phuket. Staff was very friendly. Although it was a bit disturbing that rooster was making noise several hours. Hotel was 4km away from Rastada Pier so it's not walking distance. We still tried to walk but got sweaty trying it and took scooter drive for 30tbh per person after 20minutes walk. Good for one night stay,very tidy rooms and looks like new hotel but there is nothing nearby.
