New IHG Hotel SIX SENSES SAMUI

酒店很漂亮，一切都很好，唯一的缺点是我住的房间晚上海浪声音非常大，影响睡眠。

The staffs, especially GEM, were very friendly and helpful. They always welcomed us with warm smiles, and even talked with us. Loved the environment there. We could see sunrise in our room and see sunset at the pool area. The hotel was surrounded by beautiful nature. We even got a chance to pick up eggs from their own farm. The location was perfect, close to everywhere. Highly recommended.

1.裝醋的早餐飲料筒一轉開就掉出整杯的果蠅，太噁心了，你們應該採用和果汁瓶一樣的玻璃瓶。2.想當作紀念品的保特瓶罐被清潔工丟棄覺得很無言，建議只丟棄垃圾筒內的東西，避免爭議。3.爬滿果蠅的水果令人作噁，應該要放冰箱讓旅客取用，高單價的飯店，不該是路邊攤服務的水準。4.護照國籍明確寫臺灣，結果你們卻寫大陸。5.建議網站可公開每日飯店特別活動內容，方便旅客事先調整行程。6.我有看到你們噴防蚊藥劑，但應該積極增設補蚊裝置，果醋是很好的補蚊器。

是一次不錯的體驗，酒店的管理和服務都很到位，管家非常貼心，酒店整體感覺很適合渡假放鬆，酒店非常大自然，所以難免會有一些小動物出沒，這次由於小動物打擾入住體驗，酒店也馬上安排更換並升級房間，總體並未影響此次入住感覺，管家pare非常nice。spa很值得一試，按摩師很用心。是一個身心放鬆的推薦！

Bed and pillows are excellent. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Service is excellent. Room service twice a day to prepare your daytime and sleeping needs that you don't have to request . 24hrs Buggy (golf car) Between all facilities and your suite. Free inroom breakfast on request. Complementry minibar with good quality coffee capsules and tea. The only downside is too many mosqitos and inserts in both outdoor and indoor. Nice sea view but not as expected. Dinning dishes is good but choices provided are not enough.

Great services and nice villa resort. Just the restaurants are all open air and a bit hot even hiring Winter.

酒店位置很棒，看日出夕阳都可以（全看运气）。酒店设施不错，从吃饭到健身等都可在酒店内完成，自带泳池很方便。饮食方面，共2家饭店，Dinning on the Hill 略差，服务慢，味道中等，Dinning on the Rock 服务到饭菜的品质都很不错，就是晚上虫子多，如果价位可以接受，还是尽量都选Rock。 早餐只有一家选择，早餐服务略差，点餐有点慢，有人手不足的感觉，沙拉区苍蝇有点多，粥等温度很不够。也很可惜没看到电影。Spa 也很不错哦。

適合休閒度假，但蚊子有點多。

原声态保护得很好，身心得到放松

Disappointing...food quality is fair... Lots of mosquitoes and bugs. No hot water and dirty bath towels... Though butler did her best to rectify...getting some credits back...but definitely there should be some other better resorts to consider at this price.

We went to Koh Samui last week and stayed in Six Senses for two nights. The resort area is not as remote as we thought, the hotel also offers complimentary shuttle bus services to Chaweng Beach and the Fisherman Village, although the schedule is not frequent so we have not used this free service. Most of the time, we just stay in our villa with nice ocean view. The most impressive of this hotel is the restaurant, "Dining on the Rocks", the food is really good and not very pricey compared to a fine-dining in Hong Kong. However, one of the problem is the mosquito! The entire area is full of mosquito! Although, the hotel already has many measures to fight against the problem, i.e. with mosquito kit every where and mosquito repellent spray and lotion for you, we still got bitten hard by them. My hubby got at least 20 bites and me more fortunate 10 bites! I really feel that the entire area is not fit for human beings to live in .... Also, there is a construction site on the East side of the Island, I recommend you to request for a villa at the West side. Other than that, the service is excellent and impeccable. However, I guess I would not go back to this hotel because of the fierce mosquito problem.... unfortunately.

The environment and services of Six Senses are amazing. Strongly recommend this resort for hideaway vacation.

I have been to Six Sense Hua Hin 4 yrs ago, and it was very impressive especially the service, so I chose Six Sense Sa Mui this time, but feels it became more commercial than before, all the staffs were polite- in a commercial way, nothing wrong about it but just feel not as good as before

Location is far from downtown and there are some mosquitoes. However, Six senses has high-level quality of service, arrangement and atmosphere in Six senses is nice for a vacation.

酒店硬件，服务都很好。还给我们两间房间都升级了，很满意

景色很美，泳池很美，早餐东西不多，但是果汁十分的可口。也十分的好吃。房间大小合适，很适合情侣

環境和服務十分佳,只是地點偏僻,其他都5星級
