Room felt dingy, managers customer service was severely lacking.

Good hotel. Price is great, central position. Transport easy. Night markets nearby. Local foods available close to the hotel day and night.

Everything was pretty good but some better than others

This place was clean and well maintained. Close to everything you need, street food every night is a 5 minute walk. Market is a 5 minute walk. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Needed our laundry done same day which was abnormal because it's next day pick up. But we were flying out early next day. She did our laundry and had it ready by 6:30 PM , highly recommend this place.

Rolig, sentralt sted. Mange pensjonerte fra USA og Canada. Trygt sted å bo. Et pluss for svømmebasseng på taket. Kjølig, deilig vann og hadde aldri problemer med å få plass. Sol eller skygge er mulig hele dagen. Rommet var romslig. Svært hard seng. Slapp å ha AC på. Nattemperaturen er lav og det er deilig i et varmt land.

Very nice staff. Property felt very secure, you needed a key fob to enter staircase to get to your room. Very nice gym and pool area. Great views.

A well located hotel, helpful cheery staff. Clean and nice bedroom. Great to pop in the pool to cool down.

Hotel location gave easy access to shopping, dining & transport. The hotel was well kept, housekeeping staff were thorough in the room cleaning. Great hotel. All staff friendly & assisted when asked. Will be back.

Résidence sympa... Par contre pour mon 2eme sejour mon dos n'a pas aimé le lit :( Je ne pensais pas qu il existait encore des matelas à ressort...

Super Lage, keine fünf Minuten fußläufig vom Chiang Mai Gate entfernt. Freundliches Personal. Saubere und geräumige Zimmer. Schöne Dachterrasse mit Pool. War bereits mein dritter Aufenthalt.

Have stayed at this hotel frequently for 6 years. Unfortunately this will be the last time. We were given the room closest to the road, next to a construction site and having new airconditioning installed in room next door. The noise made staying there impossible. We checked out a day early, loosing money. The management seemed not to care. After all they had their money from Hotels.com. As one of the other regular quests told me "this place has seen its day, there are plenty of better options"

The location of this property is excellent. The pool is small so we did not use it at all. The staff were very helpful with bookings.
