Amazing value For the price i paid because of the location. Its close to the beach, close to a runway street food night market, close to the malls Terminal 21 and the Nike & Adidas outlet. All in just minutes walking distance. Shower Water is Hot, Air conditioning is cold. I think the only thing it could improve is The wifi isn’t too fast. But i enjoyed my stay and if available would stay here again.

Good locations

About the best you can hope for from a cheap condo in Pattaya. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and the location is fantastic. You get air conditioning AND a fridge, and there's hot(ish) water in the shower. Really, you're spoiled. For furnishings, you get a bed, vanity table, chair and wardrobe. It's all pretty old but it's clean enough. There's a balcony for drying your swimming stuff. The location is great, short walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Just don't expect that much. The mattress is hard and stained, the air conditioning and fridge are old and together sound like a goods train. It can be pretty noisy at night, with other people moving up and down and coming home drunk. The walls are thick enough that you don't get noise from the neighbors, though. That's a plus. Overall, if you're on a budget or don't mind being a bit of a Spartan, this is a great choice. If you're looking for luxury, maybe look somewhere else.

スタッフは、愛想は良かったが英語も日本語もあまり上手では無い。 シャワーの水圧が弱い。 トータル的に、良い施設だった

Good value for price

Matress was so hard it was difficult to sleep. Room was not very clean on arrival. Nida the manager is very friendly and very good hostess. Location is very quiet at night.

It's an older budget hotel in a great location. Staff are great.

WI-FIの接続が良くない。頻繁に切れる。それ以外は特に問題なし。500バーツで泊まれるし、何も他には問題なし。

I have no complaints here. This hotels is located on Soi 5 which is walking distance to the Soi 6 nightlife and the restaurants along beach road. The hotel lobby closes at night and you use your key card to enter through the gate, so no problems bringing back a guest or two. The room is clean with a nice balcony and comfortable bed. The staff are very helpful with anything you need. I would stay here again.

Just a dreadful experience. To list what was good won't take long ..... The AirCon worked well, and cleanliness was excellent for a very old property. Everything else terrible, aged, and badly presented. The bed had No linen, other than a nylon sheet over a plastic-covered mattress, and a rough wiolen blanket, not big enough to tuck in. No over-sheet, no quilt. Shower had no hot water. No two pieces of furniture matched. No bedside tables or lamps. Lit only by fluorescent strip lights.

Le personel très attentioné , les chambres sont très bien surtout celles donnant sur la piscine. J'y reviendrais sans hésitation , Merci à la gérante , super gentille et aidante.
