Guests who wish to use airport shuttle service are requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted under "Special Requests" during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. If the credit card holder is not a guest, please note that payment would need to be made via bank transfer within 48 hours after booking to secure the reservation. Guests are kindly advised to contact the property directly for payment details. Please be informed that the following room types are for adult guests only: - "Pool Suite with Ocean View - Adult only" - "Pool Suite with Sunset View - Adult only" These room types only accommodate up to 2 adults and cannot serve extra persons in extra beds or children in existing beds. The Beach Pool will be undergoing renovation from now to 17 October 2024. During this time, our private beach will remain accessible for your enjoyment. Additionally, our Forest Waterfall Pool at the Habita and the infinity-edge pool at Baba Poolclub will be open daily from 9am to 6pm.
