Good Location but cleanliness needed to be improved. Stains and spots are all over on the bed sheet and towels. Avoid to use and sleep on.

This is my worst hotel experience in Pattaya ever, and I've stayed at quite a few different budget and mid range hotels in Pattaya the last couple of years. Unfortunately this review doesn't allow me to go in detail on everything that is wrong with this hotel, given that it's limited to 1500 characters, so I'll make a short summary: - Room was filthy and dirty. Spots on every wall, on the night tables, coffee table, remotes and more. Basically on every surface except the bed. - Remotes for TV didn't work. And the buttons on the TV didn't work properly. So your stuck with one channel, and one audio setting. - Multiple holes in the roof. The largest was about 30x20cm. Plus water damage. - Multiple broken and loose floor tiles. - Terrible service: They accused me on two occasions of paying for only one night, and tried to make us leave the hotel. Hotels.com can confirm I paid for two nights. - You have to walk through a crowdy Indian restaurant every time you enter or leave the hotel. - The floor to ceiling length in the hallways are about 180cm, so you'll have to crawl if you're tall. I will definitely not come here again. Better hotels close by.

The pictures of the hotel are very deceiving. It has to be photos of another hotel they found online. The ONLY good thing about the hotel is that it is across the street from the beach. The ground floor is an Indian restaurant, which makes you wonder if you are really entering a legitimate hotel. The staff was nice but that does not make up for the old rooms that do not even have a bathtub or real shower. The shower is the bathroom. I do not recommend this establishment. When I saw the rooms, I started to wonder how were they able to get their (not even a 1 star motel) business on Expedia? It is more like rooms for rent (by the hour).

Reste med kompis och önskade två sängar och vi hade tur och fick ett rum högst upp med havs/strandutsikt. Fanns ingen hiss och var väl 4-5våningar upp. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal . ligger direkt i anslutning med Starbucks och ganska nära walkingstreet och nattliv. Golvbrunnen var inte vid duschplatsen så det blev väldigt blött på golvet.

パタヤビーチの目の前で、眺めは文句の付けようがないです。 3階の部屋でしたが、窓を開けた時の爽快な風は、エアコンが必要ないくらい快適です。 建物にエレベーターがないので、階段の 登り下りがマイナスポイントです。 洗面台の水が出ませんでした。

Very good stay although hotel a little rustic needs astetic upgrade, painting ect...

The hotel was right across the street from the beach and our room had a fantastic view. The beds were alright, but the staff was amazing helpful and very easy to work with. The room wasn't the cleanest room ever, but it was sufficient for a quick shower and back to the beach. Speaking of the shower, it had a massive window to look out on the see which was great.

Der Emfpang an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und schroff. Zimmer waren muffelig von defekten Abläufen herrührend stieg Kloakegeruch auf. Sog. "frisch bezogenes" Bett war mit frischen Flecken versehen. WC war ekelerregend dreckig - konnte man nur im Stehen benutzen. auch die Allgemeinflächen sehr ungepflegt und unsauber - ein Bekannter zeigte mir sein Zimmer: identisch was Unhygiene und Dreck anbelangte (überall Vorgängerhaare). in dem verkommenen Restaurant wollte ich nichts essen. INSGESAMT UNTER NIVEAU UND DAFÜR VIEL ZU TEUER IN DEN ZIMMER - PREISEN !!

The hotel was very dirty. The rooms were not clean and had a smell. The shower was nasty. On the internet it all looked nice, but once we arrived we checked our room and we immidiatly checked out of the hotel. The WIFI also didn't worked.

ホテルの設備・サービスを期待するとちょっと、いや、かなりがっかりです。 まず、1階はインドレストランになっていて、そのレストランの片隅にホテルのフロントがちょこんとある感じです。 部屋は4階なのにエレベーターかなくて階段を登っていかないとならないし、ベルボーイなんてものは存在しないので自分で運ばないとならないし。 部屋もしょぼくれてるし、とてもホテルとは呼べません。 ゲストハウスのエアコン付き個室って感じです。

I made the mistake of trusting this reservation since it was on Expedia and was rated 3 star. It is not worthy of being on Expedia, and on its best day it might be a 1.5 star. Only booked here since my usual hotel in Pattaya was booked due to high season and didnt want to pay exorbitant prices elsewhere, big mistake! This is not a real hotel! Its rooms on top of a restaurant, no elevator had to climb up awkard sets of stairs, low ceilings that you bump your head on. The room was very small and disappointing, not at all what I expected. Staff went in one day and changed a table in the room and moved my stuff that I had arranged there carefully and left it in disarray where I also lost an important receipt. Management was apologetic and polite, but staff member was obviously a disgruntled worker. Next day the room was not cleaned all day, I had to complain. Stay away from this place.

The toilet in our room did not work. I called the desk and was told someone would be there in five minutes. No one ever came! Not while we were there, two days.

I was a bit skeptical about this hotel at first but it turned out good for the price. It was in the middle of the tourist district and very close to the walking street. It was a bit hard to find but once I located it no issues. The staff was friendly and spoke decent English. The wifi wasn't that great but it worked. The only issue I hadwas the area is a little noisy during the daytime because of the location.
