雖然地點離捷運站較遠但有接駁車很方便，房間寬敞舒適，二大二小住的很開心，還有洗衣機、烘衣機，適合親子同遊的家庭！

The service was great, people were nice. No electric power at one night and we were relocated to another room at 3 AM, the hotel manager compensated us with a fruit basket and free ride to the airport. Sure will consider staying at this hotel next time.

My room got upgraded to a more deluxe one. Pros: The apartment was big ,clean and decent. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Cons: The location is a bit far from the bts sky train station, but the hotel provides "tuk tuk" to bring you to the station.

剛入住就發現洗碗機自動開啟運轉，連兩天早上不知道為什麼，房間電話會自動撥到飯店總機。 在房間裡有蒼蠅跟其他的蟲類，這種事似乎不該出現在這個價位跟等級的飯店。 明明我們是兩個人入住，但從第一天入住就只提供一套盥洗用品，即便通知總機補充，之後仍然只提供一套用品；這是我第一次住飯店式行政公寓，不知道是不是這類的飯店不會提供盥洗用品 不過床很大，睡起來很舒服

訂了雙床房但入住太晚而只安排了大㡷房。要求第二天改回雙床房有積極跟進。尚算滿意

服務員和房間十分乾淨，只是地點不太方便。酒店旁邊有便利店。

Staff is very helpful and friendly which is definitely a plus point. Room is very clean with nice beddings, however, decoration is a bit old. The disappointing thing I came across is the location is far than I expected. It took nearly 15 mins walk to BTS. I also had a bad experience: on a rainy day, I wait for tuk tuk back to hotel which I usually just walked back. At the time I arrived, there were only 5 to 6 people waiting and we expected we could get on the coming tuk tuk easily. However, when the tuk tuk arrived, several people suddenly jumped on without queueing and we nearly couldn't get on. The worst thing was when we arrived, we found that only we two going into the hotel but no other did as they were not live there I suppose. It's a very bad experience as the frequency of tuk tuk is low, half hourly, and the guest of hotel wouldn't have the priority to use the service. I believe the hotel should really look into this arrangement especially on rainy days.

It's definitely a nice place to stay with decent hotel guest, you won't hear any noise or shouting from the guests, and you don't have to worry about being pushed when you queue up for breakfast buffet. Overall, the quality of the hotel guests are comparably better than other chain hotel and i have a very nice experience with this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant and housekeeping.

Staff, room, and restaurant are nice. 7-eleven and Lawson are near hotel. ASquare and K-village are good. Big C super and Tesco are 10 minutes walk from hotel. A seafood market restaurant just opposite to hotel; but expensive and less choices. Schedule of shuttle to BTS station is excellent when you shopped at the mall.

服務態度非常好，但入住時被告知原預訂的房型已沒有了，雖有替換其他房型且也表達歉意，但仍對此超賣現象不太滿意，既然當初接受預訂就該為客人保留好預訂的房間才對。除此之外一切都非常滿意，地點很好，有提供接駁車，房間很大很乾淨，廚房餐具洗衣設備等非常齊全，服務人員很主動熱心

这个是我一次过訂了三间房, 而且book 4 days. 但是没将我的房间book/group 在一起. 竟然分开３层樓book. 使我们一家人的不便.真(差)劲. 以及只有1枝单人牙刷提供.真(差)(差)劲. 我们得到没有bathtub的浴室, 真(差)(差)(差)劲. alarm 每日警报一次, 令我忧虑万分. 真(差)(差)(差)(差)劲. 以及我已经提出换房的要求,但是個staff说你说的要求,怎样在1.00 am 给你.真(差)(差)(差)(差)(差)劲. Thank you 我登记入住情况 and thank you cake

飯店的服務人員態度都非常親切，也盡力為房客解決任何問題，飯店很舒適的床很好睡，房間附有洗衣機對於旅遊非常方便。

The service apartment is perfect! Everything is excellent and I would like to highlight the shower which is really refreshing especially after whole day shopping under Bangkok super sunshine! Staffs are nice and cheerful. They also offer the Tuk Tuk service to send us to the nearest BTS station. Will recommend for couples and families!
