房間，泳池及酒店內跟訂酒店網站的照片一樣，好靚和乾淨，職員友善和體貼，豐富自助早餐。大堂旁的洗手間超級乾淨及有一格簡單淋浴設備，退房及寄存行李後，可逛街後回來再梳洗後才離開。 酒店附近交通不太方便亦不是熱鬧的沙灘，步行出遠少少會有小店食肆，附近亦有Big C(但唔大間），酒店外有得租電單車，懂得駕駛便可以租及好方便。

The room is very comfortable. Very fast to reach the beach & swimming pool! Staff are very nice & polite. Food is very good with reasonable price ! Massage is also very good as it's the same price as the massage company nearby but the environment in the hotel is even better! Leisure places are very very comfortable that I could fall asleep anywhere ; ) It's one of my best vacations in my life !! Looking forward to my next visit with other friends & family members as well!

Hotel is well. good price, near kamala beach, very comfortable ,staff is vert nice, swimming is very good very big very beautiful and many swimming pool. only the beaskfast i think the food is not very well, but the place is good, can see the kamala beach.

- ADULTS ONLY POLICY: THE GUEST MUST BE 16 YRS OLD OR ABOVE. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity. - During 15 May-31 Oct 2020, our Beach Wing will be fully refurbished. All guest rooms on this wing (Deluxe Ground Terrace & Deluxe Rooms) will be closed on this period along with the Restaurant by the Sea, Pool Bar by the Sea and the 2 pools located in this area. - Grand Wing, where Grand Deluxe,Grand Deluxe Pool View and Junior Suite room types are located, will remain open across the season. The said wing boasts a garden with 2 pools, 1 pool bar,1 restaurant, 1 gym, a fitness studio and a lobby bar. Our 24-hours reception is also located in this wing. We are confident that the guests will enjoy their stay in this part of the hotel. -As you are aware, the resort has a clear divide in areas between the Beach and Grand Wing, and we will do our utmost to minimize any inconvenience and disturbance to guests who stay with us over this time. We appreciate very much in advance for your understanding.

my father does not speak English before check-in time, he walks into the resort's swimming pool alone to take look, and one of the staffs talked to him, probably asking if he is a guest. So he knew that he did not check in yet, so he moved back to the lobby to take some rest, waiting for me. Ridiculously, another staff came over and talked to him something, and of course, he did not understand, then the staff pointed him to get out. I have been to so many resorts, never have this horrible experience... my father about sixty something, extremely bad staffs... no respect of senior... Even not the guests here, outside people can also at least sitting in the lobby waiting somebody else, or maybe have a meal in the restaurant, right !? It makes our stay uncomfortable... luckily only booked one night. Although the location is good, next to the beaches, and the resort has many swimming pools, staff quality is a very important factor to consider, so won't come back next time.

我只想说有关早餐的事： 我在酒店住了8个晚上，入住至退房9天内，早餐没有改过，每一天的早餐都是一样。没有新款吃，对有牛奶、黄豆和鸡蛋敏感的人没有别的算泽，每一天只可以吃面包和咖啡。酒店的早餐，每一个菜都有鸡蛋或者黄豆，差不多怎么都不能吃。 没有敏感的人，都觉得早餐没有变化，每一天都是一样。

This Hotel is a very nice hotel for holiday !!! The total area of the hotel is very large! It is like going to a maze for the first time I walk to my room! The condition and view of the room is very good! it is clean and tidy! the bed is big! the view outside balcony is wonderful! The breakfast is tasty! it is worth to add money to have the breakfast ^^ The canteen of just in front of the beach, I can enjoy my breakfast by hearing the sea-wave sound and looking at the beautiful view ! I also had my lunch inside hotel, the food is tasty with a reasonable price! The beach is just outside the hotel, it is very convenience! you can wash your foot right after playing in the beach~ The beach is not busy at all, I can even sleep in the chair ! If you are lucky, you can receive hotel wifi in the beach !! ^^

What a beautiful beachfront Adults ONLY resort! From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by friendly reception staff and offered a refreshing glass of coconut water during check-in, which is a lovely touch. The porters efficiently take care of your luggage and deliver it straight to your room, making the whole arrival experience smooth and relaxing. My room was pure bliss—clean, modern, and spacious, with a fantastic view overlooking the pond, lush gardens, and a peaceful massage hut. It really felt like a private retreat. The resort features four pools, two of which have swim-up bars, along with plenty of sun loungers. I never had any trouble finding a spot, and the pools were pleasantly uncrowded, which made it even more enjoyable. There are also several on-site restaurants, though I didn’t get the chance to try them during my short two-night stay. Prices for drinks, food, and massages are very reasonable, and the resort also offers a variety of fitness classes throughout the day for those who want to stay active. Overall, this resort is a true gem on the beach, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and comfort. I’ll definitely be returning!

Stort og luftig hotellområde med alt du trenger av fasiliteter for en charterferie. Store basseng og lett å få en solseng. Frokostbuffeten var tilpasset en skandinavisk gane og var ikke spesielt spennende, men du blir mett. Daglig og enkel rengjøring av rom. En ekstra takk til håndkle-mannen Jey som alltid hadde et smil på lur 😁

Fabulous hotel in a great location . Pool areas are especially nice and staff are professional and friendly . We stayed a couple of nights but would recommend for a longer relaxing stay, lots of nice little places to eat nearby too.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, food and drinks were very reasonable and there was a lovely buffet breakfast an available. We stayed in a delux pool view room which was clean and spacious. We are planning to return next year.

What a beautiful beachfront Adults ONLY resort! From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by friendly reception staff and offered a refreshing glass of coconut water during check-in, which is a lovely touch. The porters efficiently take care of your luggage and deliver it straight to your room, making the whole arrival experience smooth and relaxing. My room was pure bliss—clean, modern, and spacious, with a fantastic view overlooking the pond, lush gardens, and a peaceful massage hut. It really felt like a private retreat. The resort features four pools, two of which have swim-up bars, along with plenty of sun loungers. I never had any trouble finding a spot, and the pools were pleasantly uncrowded, which made it even more enjoyable. There are also several on-site restaurants, though I didn’t get the chance to try them during my short two-night stay. Prices for drinks, food, and massages are very reasonable, and the resort also offers a variety of fitness classes throughout the day for those who want to stay active. Overall, this resort is a true gem on the beach, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and comfort. I’ll definitely be returning!

Stort og luftig hotellområde med alt du trenger av fasiliteter for en charterferie. Store basseng og lett å få en solseng. Frokostbuffeten var tilpasset en skandinavisk gane og var ikke spesielt spennende, men du blir mett. Daglig og enkel rengjøring av rom. En ekstra takk til håndkle-mannen Jey som alltid hadde et smil på lur 😁

Fabulous hotel in a great location . Pool areas are especially nice and staff are professional and friendly . We stayed a couple of nights but would recommend for a longer relaxing stay, lots of nice little places to eat nearby too.
