卡马拉海滩度假村 (a Sunprime Resort)

my father does not speak English before check-in time, he walks into the resort's swimming pool alone to take look, and one of the staffs talked to him, probably asking if he is a guest. So he knew that he did not check in yet, so he moved back to the lobby to take some rest, waiting for me. Ridiculously, another staff came over and talked to him something, and of course, he did not understand, then the staff pointed him to get out. I have been to so many resorts, never have this horrible experience... my father about sixty something, extremely bad staffs... no respect of senior... Even not the guests here, outside people can also at least sitting in the lobby waiting somebody else, or maybe have a meal in the restaurant, right !? It makes our stay uncomfortable... luckily only booked one night. Although the location is good, next to the beaches, and the resort has many swimming pools, staff quality is a very important factor to consider, so won't come back next time.

房間，泳池及酒店內跟訂酒店網站的照片一樣，好靚和乾淨，職員友善和體貼，豐富自助早餐。大堂旁的洗手間超級乾淨及有一格簡單淋浴設備，退房及寄存行李後，可逛街後回來再梳洗後才離開。 酒店附近交通不太方便亦不是熱鬧的沙灘，步行出遠少少會有小店食肆，附近亦有Big C(但唔大間），酒店外有得租電單車，懂得駕駛便可以租及好方便。

我只想说有关早餐的事： 我在酒店住了8个晚上，入住至退房9天内，早餐没有改过，每一天的早餐都是一样。没有新款吃，对有牛奶、黄豆和鸡蛋敏感的人没有别的算泽，每一天只可以吃面包和咖啡。酒店的早餐，每一个菜都有鸡蛋或者黄豆，差不多怎么都不能吃。 没有敏感的人，都觉得早餐没有变化，每一天都是一样。

房間的所有浴巾毛巾一點都不好用,不吸水。是我去那麽多酒店,浴巾質量最差的一間。 建議全部換掉

The room is very comfortable. Very fast to reach the beach & swimming pool! Staff are very nice & polite. Food is very good with reasonable price ! Massage is also very good as it's the same price as the massage company nearby but the environment in the hotel is even better! Leisure places are very very comfortable that I could fall asleep anywhere ; ) It's one of my best vacations in my life !! Looking forward to my next visit with other friends & family members as well!

Hotel is well. good price, near kamala beach, very comfortable ,staff is vert nice, swimming is very good very big very beautiful and many swimming pool. only the beaskfast i think the food is not very well, but the place is good, can see the kamala beach.

This Hotel is a very nice hotel for holiday !!! The total area of the hotel is very large! It is like going to a maze for the first time I walk to my room! The condition and view of the room is very good! it is clean and tidy! the bed is big! the view outside balcony is wonderful! The breakfast is tasty! it is worth to add money to have the breakfast ^^ The canteen of just in front of the beach, I can enjoy my breakfast by hearing the sea-wave sound and looking at the beautiful view ! I also had my lunch inside hotel, the food is tasty with a reasonable price! The beach is just outside the hotel, it is very convenience! you can wash your foot right after playing in the beach~ The beach is not busy at all, I can even sleep in the chair ! If you are lucky, you can receive hotel wifi in the beach !! ^^

A nice option for beachfront accommodations. Large, expansive grounds with many wonderful swimming pools and plenty of comfortable lounge areas. Guest suite was large and comfortable though not fancy. So many dining options just steps outside the resort which is good since the resort food is very average. All in all a fabulous stay in a lively area with lots of fun to be had. Don’t miss out on ubiquitous massage!

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Eine wahre Freude! Die Qualität des Poolwassers war perfekt sauber. Die Zimmer im dritten Stock sind hell, sehr sauber und haben einen schönen Balkon. Die Ambiance im Hotel im Allgemeinen ist einladend und sehr empfehlenswert.

- Great location (in front of the beach, even though the beach isn’t private) - Clean and great facilities (pools and gym well maintained) - Night entertainment could be better. - Breakfast should be included for everyone (the way is charged at the restaurant it is quite unprofessional because once you are seated or you start eating they come straight to charge you).
