很舊，與照片不乎very bad so bad bad experience make the trip become imperfect

办理入住的小妹迷糊得可爱，送行李的小哥满脸无奈的上上下下跑几次才打开门，看来经常出现这种情况。房间约20㎡，浴缸淋浴，比较满意。游泳池每晚清洁。每晚有歌手唱温柔的歌，坐吧台享受音乐很棒。自助早餐比较丰富，服务人员很可爱。酒店位于芭东海滩最北，每半小时有免费班车到江西冷，10分钟车程。环境比较清幽，符合我的要求。 存在以下问题： 1.房间略潮，有潮湿发霉的味道。 2.床单那是真心不干净，各种痕迹。 3.预订的房间无法入住，只有等别人退房后才换了房。 总体来说，如果以上问题改进，下次还是愿意再选择这家酒店。

Very convenient and close to the patong beach, but it is a old hotel, the AC is not ok, noisy,out of control. The water stagnate in bathtup, bed sheet is quite dirty. But value for money. 酒店很方便，很近海灘，有泊車位置，設施比較舊，没有持續保養。冷氣只可以調到最凍或完全停了，因控制壞了！沐浴時水不太去有些噁心！其中一日張床的被子有很大片污積，嚇了我一跳，幸好設訴後男管家叫人即時更换。但整体言，一切對得起這價錢！不是準四星的酒店。

Our stay at the Sunset Beach Resort was an 11/10. The service of all the staff, the buffet breakfast, the shuttle bus into Patong and most spectacular was the pool. I would revisit the resort again and would highly recommend this resort to stay in to anyone visiting Phuket.

Friendly staff, huge rooms and separate living room, the property wasn’t quite as beautiful or pristine as it appears in some pictures but plenty clean. The full length mirror in the shower was interesting…

Overall: 10 years ago, this would have been a good hotel. Now its in need of serious upkeep and maintenence. Location: 7/10, good sea view, bathing beach is a 15 min walk, Central Mall is a 20 min brisk walk, local street food carts come across the road in the evening and its pretty nice. Room: 3/10 toilets are a toxic mess with molds on shower. Most plumbing is old. The shower in my room did not work properly. After 3 reminders nothing was done. Lighting in room is yellow lighting from 15 years ago. Food: 7/10, acceptable. Staff: 5/10. Housekeeping is not available most of the time, near impossible to get any service. Front desk is helpful but ineffective. Overall staff is good natured and helpful but system is broken. Overall 5/10, stay at own risk.

Die so große Auswahl bei Frühstück aber alles ausreichend und von allem einwenig. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit dem Blick aufs Meer und in die Poollandschaft. Im Haus gab es ab und zu Lärm durch eine Renovierung eines Zimmer. Lage sehr zentral. Fast alles fußläufig erreichbar, ansonsten Roller oder Transfer. Poollandschaft wunderschön

The staff at the hotel were great, and it was a short walk into town or a 180-200 baht tuktuk. Directly across the road from kalima surf beach, 7-11 next door (no alcohol— you have walk to the next one 100m away). Vendors across the road for street food and easy lunch or dinner.

Relaxing. Good atmosphere. Free shuttles to main road and back every hour. Wifi. Nice pool area. Good breakfast.

This hotel was very nice and the rooms are large and have good space, only one day it rained heavily and water was coming into the room through the sliding door to balcony, and one night had noisy neighbours who were fighting and screaming in the passageways of my room, apart from that I would highly recommend this hotel

Food trucks across the street. Beach access. Lots of traffic. But not too crazy

I loved the street food and convenience of local laundry, massage and free hotel shuttle to Patong. The driver was great. The Thai staff was also very good as usual in Thailand. I didn’t care much for the noise and traffic and the air conditioner stopping in the middle of the night. Also, the elevator was broken often. We are lucky not to get trapped while waiting for the repair man like a few of the other guests.

Hotel room Room 4301 Comfortable quiet room. You can tell it’s old but I still liked the layout. Cold shower- the temperature never stays the same temperature warm cold warm cold. Never hot! The aircon in bedroom worked well but the aircon in kitchen/lounge blows warm air? Pool hall could be a great space, but there was no lights, one pool stick as the others were broken and ceiling leaking. Stairs, so many and the room numbers are confusing as were the lifts at each end of the hotel. Gym- Out of three treadmills one worked Don’t rate the breakfast ended up sticking with bacon and eggs as some guests were using their hands to serve their food. But this may be an insecurity of mine as I have had food poisoning before at a hotel breakfast in another Asian country. No smart tv with English channels lamp shades probably need replacing Paint coming off wall on top of the aircon in bedroom Compliments the reception staff that got the doctor in when our boy fell ill. He ended up in hospital for three nights of our stay.

Not as good as last time I stayed at the hotel!! Half time the shuttle was full and had to pay to get into town!!
