Cette fois ci nous avons eu des draps avec des taches. Par contre nous avons des bruits de travaux dès 8 du matin. Dommage

To much noise because renovatie upstairse, room was oke, staf was friendly, cleaning oke

This was my second stay in 2 years, 1st stay was for 2 weeks and this one was for 4 weeks, I did not like my first room and requested a change and got in in 24 hours at a cost, the 2 rooms were completely different and the paid for updrade was 100% worth it, I didn't realise the Sutus Court 1 to 5 reflected the quality of each room, overall very happy with the whole experience both within the hotel and the attached restaurant 100% to all who looked after me. Thank You

This property is old and run down with staff that are lazy and don’t clean properly

I appreciate its a budget motel but stay away from the top level of sutus4 the inter noise of a early morning was a bit annoying we had a motel next door with smoking areas and rude guests would be shouting at all hours of the early morning them at 6am sharp the staff who live upstairs would get on the move and the echo of them dropping stuff on the concrete floor was unbelievable like they were having a game of bowls

All right place, except for the NOISY House Cleaners

I just get ants in my food again, mosquitos bites , room with light broken , staff screaming at me at 10 am in the morning for check out when I book more nights , have to pay myself a can of baygon, start being sick after 2 days with darhea and pay for medicine myself when I ask Expedia a coupon they denied me a refund they denied me , and when I check out and make no problem in the hotel they ask me to check out at 11:50 not even let me make my bag correctly and make me forget stuff in the room , honestly I cannot recommend that place cleaning staff otooدagressive with bad attitude , room really poor with a lot of noise with people talking bad stuff in their language all day internet not even that stable, cannot recommend that place , should close the placeor change some personal who are too agressive

The wifi wasn't working much of the time during my last stay.

The staffs was very kind and treated with a smile.

My only dislike was the bed was very hard for me. It was uncomfortable and I can feel the springs. It needs a mattress topper. The place was very basic and old looking but it seemed like it was clean. The staff was nice, the location was great. 7-Eleven almost next door. The room was pretty nice sized, AC worked great, but it was hard to adjust, the fridge was ice cold. If the bed was more comfortable I would have probably given it a four-star rating ( in the cheap room category ) . It does not measure up to $100 room but for a $15 room if the bed was good I would highly recommend it. I would suggest book one night see how the bed if it's good then book more nights. Almost forgot it is guest friendly as long as it's only one guest at a time.

when we arrived thr receptionist was very cold . I tried to ask her questions about where to eat and she just didn't respond. Shower didn't work only on cold .. ac was faulty.. tv so blurry .. wifi on and off.. we actually had a couple of days booked but next day immediately found another hotel for a extra 8 pounds.... so worth it. would never come back to any of thier franchise hotel's... Terrible standards 😪.

a fantastic location. the young lady cleaner was really nice. rooms are very basic but quite affordable. A/C and fan were both all on or all off. Blew right down on your face giving me eye irritation.

I went for the hot tube but the hot tube had warm water
