The bathroom does not have toilet items, the towel is poor quality and overall the room is very dirty, also no window. The air conditioner is slow to cool the room.

There is a contraction site next to the hotel. The person insisted to give me the room facing the site which looks very haunted. So I have to pay more in order to have a better room. And the rooms are small n no longer boutique style and it really charge high. It is not worth. You can get many choices there with good n comfortable and good deal hotel.

Instead of traveling to the BKK city town directly after a mid-night flight, it's good to stay in this hotel for having a few-hour rest first. The room charge is value for money. The room is clean and tidy.

由於我晚機到早機離開曼谷 所以我乾脆選擇在機場附近住。最後在這家酒店留了3晚。第一天晚上的房間有異味從廁所出來 床上在我進門檢查後有點頭髮....一直睡不到 但因為第一天我到酒店時已經是凌晨快2點所以也就忍了一下 一早上下去跟職員說我要換房間 那職員好像英文不太好 似懂非懂的 反正最後我回來後還是沒給我換房間 晚上的職員英文比較好 但跟我說即使我願意加錢也沒房間了 但明明早上我檢查時 網上還有很多房間我覺得是他們不願意換而已 在我強烈要求並且要他們也去感受一下時,他們才在我最後一天給我換了房間 新的房間有露台也沒有味道 床的狀態也好多了 完全沒想到是可以差那麼遠 難怪我在網上看評價時好的說很好不好的也說不再去 真的是要看運氣了 但我是不會再去的 位置是很方便 但真的太失望了第2天一直不願意換房間給我 而且泳池很少也就在停車場隔壁....

由於一家大小，共8人一起去旅行，而航班時間約12點才到曼谷，所以特別選了這間有免費機場接送服務的酒店，酒店距離機場約十分鐘車程，使我們老老幼幼到步後可以盡快休息，不錯的選擇！

房間大、乾淨，早餐不太豐富，適合過景酒店，唯獨酒店隔離有工程，因為夜機，半夜4點先訓，令到一早被它嘈醒

Hotel location is well positioned and close to the international airport. Excellent for one night stay, for persons who have 24-hour transit in between flights. Check in a bit troublesome, because staff has little English skill and not well trained (lack of supervision). Rooms are big, with the biggest double bed I've seen for a long time. Room amenities are fine with a basic bathroom and shower. Funny no toilet paper holder. Wifi is troublesome in handling, needs every time to enter the details to get the signal. Overall signal is weak. TV with international channels, but picture quality is average. Hotel has a small pool. On the upper floor, the restaurant is located. We had room including breakfast. Food on offer is fine and of good quality. On the same floor, the hotel has a Spa. Checked it out and not worth it for the treatments and prices on offer. The hotel has an interesting art show at the entrance with action figures made of iron and loose parts. Very nice. Airport transfer is excellent and the driver is very courtesious. Hotel is located close to the main road with many good restaurants and massage outlets. Overall not bad for an one night stay.

酒店離BTS車站有點遠，步行大約要30分鐘，因途中有些上橋落橋位，過馬路，有時路邊有小販攤。酒店入口位於商場較後方的右側，第一次去有點難找。酒店入口外有行李員會為客人顧行李，登記櫃枱在9樓。登記過程快速，交低了passport及訂單確認信，不一會就辦妥；而且，登記人員笑容親切，英語說得也清楚，能順利溝通。上客房的升降機需要拍房卡，保安算不錯。 我入住的是2張單人床的房間，兩張床都很大，應該是4尺床。不過，美中不足的是床有點太軟，而且轉身時會發出「吱吱」聲。 房間內部空間充足，最喜歡的是地板沒有舖地毯，舖的是清涼的地磚。很喜歡小小的床頭燈。浴室也很大，水也很夠熱，水壓也足夠。有提供電熱水煲，也有兩枝免費水提供。 請酒店地下的行李員幫我們叫的士，載我們去The mercury village那邊的Diora，我問大概要多少車資，酒店行李員想了一下稱要150泰銖。我們著實覺得有點貴。可惜我們趕時間，所以唯有乘了。然後到達目的地後，我們付錢及司機，我們沒有零錢，只有160銖，司機竟然還說沒有找鑟，我們覺得很不可思異。 因為用googlemap搜尋路線，顯示uberX, GrabTaxi, GrabCar都只是58-76銖，行李員的開價有點太離普，各位在這酒店住的話，要坐的士不如自己到外面找，或者用APPS預訂比較好。食水太深了。這方面讓我對這酒店的評價大打折扣。

At least need 30mins by taxi (3-400baht). The hotel is extremely bad, the corridor has a spooky feel. And unlucky, there is a ghostly presence in the room. There is no hot water and air conditioner is not work in the room. We want to change the room but the receptionist said it needs purchase for another room. God d---..... I will NEVER come to this hotel again. If you want to book a room near airport, trust me! NEVER try this hotel!! Novotel Is a better choice!

飯店的早餐很爛，房型也還好…有點舊，以這個價位在曼谷覺得不算便宜。附近只有酒吧，機能不算方便，交通也只能搭計程車，不方便。

空調很吵，浴室會積水。飯店外面很熱鬧，吃飯，pub都有。早餐在頂樓，感覺不錯。

good for a quick stay

ロケーションは空港近くでよく、価格も安い。部屋は大きくきれい。スタッフの対応も親切。シャワーのお湯が冷たいのが玉に瑕。

The room was on the small side. Everything was well kept. The bathroom was very well laid out. All the fixtures worked. There was lots of warm water. The bed was better than I expected

I love the place and the decorations around the entire hotel is beautiful. I would highly recommend it to my friend and family.
