เกิดปัญหามีการจองซ้ำซ้อนกัน ดีที่มี Villa อีกหลังว่าง ไม่ได้พัก Villa ที่จองไว้ แต่สถานที่สะอาดดี หากจองผ่าน Online ควรแจ้ง Confirm กับที่พักอีกครั้ง

they double /triple booked my room even though i booked and payed in full in october ,trying to find something between xmas and new year was a night mare they ruined my holiday i would strike them off your books it reflects badly on you ,this has also happened to me in phuket im getting sick of it

For this price, Tanmak Resort really can't be beaten - We checked out most hotels in Phratumnak before choosing and this is definitely good value. Close to local Thai and Russian markets. 5 min walk to catch a Baht songtheaw into town. 10min walk to Dongtan Beach. 15 min walk to Cabbages and Condoms (quality cliff-top restaurant). Free Wi-Fi is reliable and plenty speedy (as only 27 rooms in hotel). Unfortunately there was building works (drilling/hammering/grinding) next door for the entire length of our stay. This is the neighborhood tho - Always on the up with new condos and hotels being built all round. Aside from this, the service in the hotel was great - Teddy (manager) is a courteous, friendly man with excellent English and very well-travelled - Feels more like home than a hotel stay. Free filter coffee all day in the hotel lobby - Kitchenette had everything we need to cook our meals and Teddy even lent us a rice cooker and microwave to make things even more comfortable. Laundry service was reasonably priced and freshly cooked, room delivered American brekky available for 99 Baht pp. Would definitely return.
