沒有熱水洗澡，蓮蓬頭出水量小，無法送旅客到火車站，因地點太偏，離火車站遠

Buggy service to 7-11, family mart and main road, really nice!! 7-min walk from main road to BTS station. Not feeling safe to walk back in the dark, we called Grab car every night. Room is tidy, with toilet amenities and toothbrush except for slippers. Staff is helpful.

Noise insulation is far below standard, we can hear the vacuum cleaner outside the corridor, someone moving furniture upstairs or people chatting next door. The room is clean except the floor; it seems that they never mob the floor since the opening. The location is 5 mins walk from the airport link, which is very good; other than this, we found it very difficult to get a taxi, grabcar or tuk tuk. We have booked a grabcar/grabtaxi everyday, but all drivers didn't know how to come to the hotel even with GPS, very annoying. The reception staff was lazy during our check-in, probably because we disturbed his rest at 2130h?? Overall, this stay was not a pleasant one at all! I really hesitate to recommend anyone to choose this hotel.

地理位置好，步行比坐接駁車方便多，乾淨，但因為旁邊是BTS以及火車，所以會有點噪音，不算嚴重。 但熱水不夠熱，廁所好像沒排氣扇？找不到，很悶。 總體還是值得一住的。

you have to go through very dark road to reach the hotel. not recommend for female travel alone. its very scary when you walk through the dark road. Free hotel vehicle service provided only for going out of the hotel. No vehicle service for returning to the hotel at night. the floor inside the room was very dirty and we ask for slippers but they dont provide. you can even hear the alarm clock in the other room.

離機場捷運近，前往酒店的路上…路不平…不好拖拉行李…早餐自助餐少樣化…床墊有聲音，隔音不好…離水門市區有10分路程…出入有免費接駁車

The room is quite clean and comfort. But the location is not so convenient even with the free shuttle bus to the main street

Reasonable price. Very close to the AirportLink and the BTS Playa Thai Station. Unfortunately, it needs to walk through a very muddy rough road to reach the hotel from main road. They offer shuttles to three different locations but I didn't use it due to my personal reason. Come again? Depends!

The experience is totally higher than the price. Siam and watergate are walkable, and the facilities are very new, staffs are passionate and the breakfast is not much choice but precise and delicious. Totally recommend.

Room facilities are new and hotel staff are very friendly. However, the location is not convenient, the road is not smooth, the tourists who carry big luggage can consider using their shuttle service.
