Best hotel ever.

Location好。 轉彎有7-11。 五分鐘到bts。 房間非常大及整潔。 飲用水非常充足。 只欠usb叉電插頭。 酒店早餐非常好味。中餐館一定要試。 十分出色。

The interior decoration looked old but the pricing was really high. The service was really bad. The front desk staff could not really think of what the client needed. If you choose this hotel, it is better that someone is familiar with the hotel, he/she can get good service for you.

早餐超级好，超多選擇，員工非常親善、禮貌。購物方便。3分鐘到 BTS站。房超級大。斜對面已經是大型商場。十分安靜。

地點好，床很舒服，俱樂部人員很親切。櫃檯和門房人員都很願意主動協助。整體都好，是值得推薦好友的好飯店。

服務品值超好，早餐超好吃

曼谷算較高級的飯店，房間整體的舒適度很高。下次到曼谷，還會再住入此飯店。

Service was good but being honest I was a bit disappointed. We stayed on the royal club floor for 3 nights but it didn’t impress me. I didn’t feel like we were staying at a 5 star hotel, maybe more of a good 4 star one. There were loud noises like furnitures moving around from the floor above (which I think is a function room/ ballroom) every night after 11pm (I didn’t call to complain as my daughter was sleeping so luckily it didn’t last that long to wake her up). Breakfast was just like any other hotel and swimming pool was quite dirty. So nothing was very bad but there are many other hotels out there for this price, I’d not recommend my friend and will not stay there again in the future.

The room is a little bit dark. The bed is comfortable and the staff is nice.

訂了二個房間，其中一間充斥異味。起初以為沒開冷氣所以才有味，但酒店用了空氣清淨機都不能辟除。 另自助早餐是必吃的，選擇很多。

Extremely poor checkin experience. Front Desk Staffs are rude and impolite. The room type which we reserved have been informed that rooms are not available due to their guest extend accommodation.

Excellent location, only 7 minutes walk to the Bts Ploen Chit Station. But it’s not a good walk on a rainy day. The nearby Central Embassy has a very good supermarket and food hall. There are less people than Big C so I don’t have to queue for a long time. The breakfast is wonderful especially the drinks. From fresh pressed juice to coffee, Thai milk tea are all very good. Staffs are helpful and polite. Room is really clean.

The hotel room is big, clean and grant. Hotel location is excellent that it’s close to Central Embassy and phloem Chit BTS station. Many good restaurants around, and the hotel breakfast is also good, delicious and full of choices. All staff are friendly and nice to the guests, and I would like to rate this hotel six stars.

整體比想像中好！房間舒服整潔！員工熱心主動幫忙！地點近BTS站5分鐘左右已經可回到洒店！

職員親切有善又有笑容 房間整潔 設施很好 樓下有廿四小時便利店 又近車站5分鐘路程 將來有機會也會考慮入住

服務員有善，積極，環境很好又方便。 在觀光時遺留咗東西車上，全靠服務人員幫助聯絡客車服務中心及安排把物件即晚送回。
