酒店本身十分老舊,員工不熱情招呼十分差,除了行理生等小費時有笑容其他時候都很次淡,早餐不豐富,而且yogurt是自制兩大碗放着自取很不衛生,牛油也不是獨立包裝,吃早餐的露天地方有很多鳥,烏蠅和螞蟻,令人感到很不整潔,以芭達雅的酒店來說水準差勁絕對不會推介

飯店地點真是太棒了，大門一出去吃喝玩樂一應俱全，後門過條馬路就到海灘，附近又有百貨公司可以逛；本次有小孩同行，在兒童泳池玩到瘋掉，下次還會入住！
