The Chiang Mai Riverside

極失望的一間酒店，來之前所有評價都說早餐是可以於房間內享用，但來到第一晚前台女職員說因我是經由Hotel. Com預訂，不是由他們公司預約，所以不能，只 可在酒店餐廳進食，此已令我十分不滿意，在哪裡預訂對你們有分別嗎？ 。 在最後一天，我們還未醒來，前台不斷打電話要求我們將車子交還，有租車公司來取車。 十分奇怪，我們租車是直接交還機場的。 於是我還穿著睡衣跑到前台了解後，原來根本不是我的租車公司，你們可以問清楚才通知客人，核對清楚車牌，為何一朝早嘈醒客人。所以前台職員根本不負責任，事後連一句不好意思打擾了你都沒有，簡直氣炸。

空間大，適合帶幼兒的家庭入住，可以在房內用早餐，非常方便。離市中心有點距離，但飯店可以提供短程的免費接駁車。

房間設計大小廳兩房仲有小廚房，非常適合一家人，最好是早餐送上房用餐既服務，方便又省時！

Over all is excellent, breakfast is good and must try to having breakfast at room. But the Wi-Fi may disconnect sometime, shower water not hot enough and water pressure is small.

員工友善，很親切。 參加自己安排當地一天遊，司機遲到，員工主動幫忙打比司機，没收电話费，真貼心！

Overall is excellent but shuttle bus service could be better and suggest to increase one more shift from city to hotel at 10:30 p.m.

這間旅館位於一個安靜的地方，光線明亮、設備新、家電好，裝潢很美，管家打掃乾淨不馬虎，衛浴備品用得不錯，泳池乾淨，早餐可送到房間，酒店內也有附設餐廳可點餐，室外蚊子多一些，唯一的問題是離古城區有點距離，但不是問題，飯店有接駁車，也可利用uber或grab叫車，喜歡熱鬧的人可能不會喜歡這裡，但我們全家都很喜歡這裡，在古城逛累了，回到飯店，完全放鬆，有家的感覺。

only the location is far away from down town, the transportation is not convenience , coach time is too less . Have breakfast in room which is very comfortable, stay in room as in my home .

友善的員工。房間比想像中大，空間也十分舒適。早餐有4個選擇，很不錯，可以在房間裡用餐，也可以到餐廳。

酒店很細，早餐難吃，午餐也不好吃！基本上2天都吃不飽！完全沒有管家服務！人工作人員一點都不尊業，性價比很低，不會再入住！

The room, the staff and the restaurant are all great. Ideal place for chillaxing. Only drawback is the location since it's a bit far from old town (not far from airport though). But overall it's definitely a good choice for staying in Chiang Mai, esp. with such a competitive price.

We are a family from Hong Kong coming to Chiang Mai for 5 days vocations. This new hotel really impressed us a lot. The stuff here are very welcoming and hosibitable. They will lead us all the way round from hotel facilities and the outside travel. If you aim to have a relaxing trip out of hustles and bustles, this is a excellent choice.

Direkt am Fluss Ping gelegen, allerdings auch ca. 10min Fahrtzeit von der Altstadt entfernt. Dennoch sehr schönes, Thai Hotel, mit super freundlichem und motiviertem Personal. Sicherlich für den flexibleren und mobileren Hotelgast eine perfektes Hotel. Für Erstbesucher von Chiang Mai etwas abseits gelegen. Top war der 711 direkt gegenüber. Auch die vollausgestattete Küche ideal.

The perfect place to base yourself. Quiet location, wonderful staff and the suite was spacious, clean and quiet. Free transport to the old City takes about 10 to 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the airport.

One of the best places we have ever stayed. It was a few minutes from downtown but we had the hotel driver take us to several areas in town on our request. He was not only on time but early every day waiting on us. . The staff went out of their way to help with all our needs. My wife’s shoes were severely wet from a Toto the National Park and the staff helped with an extra fan so the she’s would be dry before or our flight in the morning. The rooms and service are well deserving of a five star rating. We left for a five star hotel in Phuket and the Chiang Mia Riverside is head and shoulders above the hotel in Phuket. Thank you Chiang Mia Riverside for such a great experience. We may not be back to Chiang Mia but we will refer our family and friends who plan on visiting.

Todo estuvo excelente. El ser un hotel pequeño, ayuda a que el servicio sea personalizado. Cuenta con transporte gratuito al centro. Tambien tiene transporte al aerpuerto con costo.

This hotel is truly the best choice for your stay! The staff is incredibly welcoming and provides top-notch service, while the cleanliness is impeccable 100% on both. Although the hotel is about 3-4 km from the market, transportation is very affordable with Tuk Tuk and Grab. If we ever return, this will undoubtedly be our first choice. The rooms are well-equipped with a dining table, gas stove, and a TV loaded with applications, plus complimentary water bottles. The view from the room is fantastic, adding to the overall experience. The hotel perfectly blends luxury and boutique-style interiors, making for a comfortable and stylish stay. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here, and you’ll absolutely love it!

We were picked at the airport by hotel staff and it was very convenient. We had a nice welcome at the reception with the fresh coconut drinks and cake for our honeymoom, the room set up was very nice and cozy. We also loved the al carte breakfast. Fuse was very helpful in booking us a private tour for the Wat phra temple.
