我們訂的是三房別墅、我住樓上雙床房房間、感覺房間太暗、也由於別墅外的環境也多蟲蟲特工隊、所以有老鼠走了進別墅、但這也不怪酒店、礙於別墅外的環境是這樣、唯一是我們房間內的洗手間的浴缸去水比較慢、要把浴缸去水蓋整個拿開才去水順暢、本身看其他評價是說酒店附近較塞車、但實測又覺得還可以、不是太塞車、整體感覺還不錯👍

The hotel is at an excellent convenient location. The classical architectural features are very attractive. The staff are friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable. The garden and the area of classic buildings do not seem to be under good maintenance, perhaps due to the shortage of staff. The room for improvement is in the variety of food items of breakfast. Maybe it was due to the limited number of guests now. Hope it can get better when there are more guests to justify a larger variety of breakfast items.

多年都是住這一間曼谷酒店 今日三個人訂了一間兩房一廳房間 因為坐電梯上樓要拍住客卡的，check in時想多要一張，但職員說酒店政策只會每間房兩張住客卡 這個服務真的十分不滿意

早餐如果可以幾天變化一次會更好，很可惜一家飯店的櫃台小姐服務真的是太差了，不過還是有遇到一、二人服務很好的。 外面泳池沒有在維護，所以水不是很乾淨，泳池的水很深感覺比較適合歐洲人入住，不太適合亞洲人。 房間內的水要先跟櫃檯講明水溫不要太冷，不然會突然變冷。 不過大致上還可以幾個缺點再改善一下，特別是是櫃檯人員素質需要再加強訓練，對客人應該要有禮貌、語氣非常需要改善，不過入住當天的櫃台小姐服務很好。 不過這次訂的房間很大很滿意。

This was our fifth time staying here and every time we are amazed at how great the location is and how nice this hotel is when it comes having traditional Thailand roots. The area around this hotel is perfect and it already has a nightclub in the lobby which is one of the coolest ones around. Definitely stay here!

The hotel room was pretty dated but the suite had great amenities and a spa room. The hotel itself had everything you could ask for. Food court with two bars connecting the two hotel towers, pool and spa, Starbucks cafe in the lobby.
