Great location!

Excellent place to stay. Very comfortable and clean room. Shower water pressure and temperature is perfect. Hotel is conveniently located to local shopping. Also within walking distance to local temples and the 3 Kings statue. During Sunday, the night market is just in front of the hotel doorsteps.

The personal was very friendly and helpful . Its was more that I expected . Very clean .

Great place to stay when visiting Chiang Mai, will stay here again

This is a great place to stay in an excellent location. Room and amenities were very good and staff were super helpful. I had a room with windows on two sides and it was really good. HOWEVER, the shower floor design was so bad that water wasn’t draining well. You would be standing in that water if you didn’t periodically stop the shower and/or stand on the back to spray towards the drain. It was an ordeal everyday and that was the worst part of the stay. Restaurant had several options for food and beverages, but the taste and quality weren’t that great. The best parts were the location, staff, room (except for the shower). Highly recommend the place!

Had a short stay at The Experience. It’s in a great location, close to many restaurants, shops, and temples. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel breakfast was mediocre but, with so many food options around the hotel, this was far from a deal breaker. I would definitely come to stay here again.

I just stayed for one night, but my experience was enjoyable, from the complimentary juice upon arrival to the delicious curry chicken supper. The room was clean and quiet. A perfect place to stay upon arriving in Chiang Mai. Thank you!

This hotel is in the heart of Chiang Mai Old City, walkable any direction you want to go. There are several temples within a few blocks. , the Chiang Mai City Arts & Cultural Centre and Three Kings Monument are half a block away. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars are endless. The staff is incredibly nice and the building is well looked after. I was assigned room 316, and to my surprise - when I opened the window, I saw the walk of the building beside it, or the one foot gap between the two buildings. No daylight in the 16-ending rooms. Didn't bother me as I like to sleep in a space as dark as possible, and when awake I'd leave pretty quickly, but I feel like this is something that should be mentioned. Smart TV for those who want to sign into their streaming services, safe and mini fridge. Strong WiFi with dedicated router in the room. Comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom has a 'Japanese' toilet seat. Overall great value. Recommend it!

Great property and staff. Convenient location and perfect if you arrive in time for the Sunday market. Only downside is hot water is not guaranteed.
