เริ่มตั้งแต่โทรจองไม่มีพนงรับสายเลยค่ะ เนื่องจากมีพนงแค่คนเดียว พนงสาขาสีลมบอกสาขานี้ลูกค้าน้อย แต่พอจะ early check-in พนงบอกว่าห้องเต็ม งงเลยจ้าา55 ที่พักยุในซอยลึกนิดนึงนะคะ กลางคืนเปลี่ยวเลยอะ ผญพักคนเดียวน่าจะน่ากลัวยุค่ะ555 พอเข้าห้องปุ้ปห้องไม่ค่อยตรงปกเท่าไหร่ ห้องเก่าและโบรานกว่าที่คิด ประตูห้องประตูห้องน้ำ ไม่ค่อยดีผุๆ แอร์เก่ามากก น้ำเเอร์รั่วเยอะมากจนต้องตามช่าง

ไม่รองรับปัญหาใดๆที่เกิดขึ้น ติดต่อก็ไม่ได้ ไม่มีอะไรดี

ได้ไปพักH2 ห้องดีใช้ได้ พนักงานน่ารัก แต่เสียอย่างเดียวที่จอดรถลำบากมาก

ห้องอับทีวีเสียดูไม่ได้ผมพักชั่วโมงครึ่งเช็คออกเข้า 16.7.65. เข้า 14.00 น.ออก 15.00 น.แล้วเรียกขอเก็บมัดจำกุแจ 1000฿ เพราะไม่มีเงินทอนปกติเก็บ 500฿ บริการไม่ดีและห้องไม่ตรงปกครับ

It 's 5-10 min walk from Saint Louis Station, a few budget eateries are near by. In a quiet neighborhood. I liked: A large fridge. A large (queen?), clean and comfortable bed and linens. A large room (deluxe room) Free bottled water. Working WiFi and AC. Elevator. A balcony with a chair and a table. I didn't like: Many things are broken. Shower hose got holes, so the water leaks from there, and water pressure from the head was bad. Closet handles were broken, so hard to open. There 's no light by the mirror. Final thoughts: appropriately priced with those defects. Only recommended for those trying to save a few bucks.

Firstly, I requested a double room and was given a twin. The mattresses on both beds were solid, I woke up with a painful back everyday. There is free breakfast but it isn't in the restaurant. There is no choice. A bag with your breakfasts (rice or noodles and meat) is left downstairs at 8am for you to collect. The bed linen was not changed-the beds were simply made-and we think it might have even been the same linen the people before us used. There is a patch on the bathroom ceiling where water has leaked from above. The drinking water provided is in tiny bottles, one each per day. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room but no tea or coffee. When you go to get breakfast there are tea and coffee making facilities downstairs but there is no milk. Also, if only one person goes down that means they would have to carry the breakfasts and the tea and coffee up all at once-which is too much. The TV is old (a big square one) and isn't tuned to any channels. No swimming pool. No fitness. The balcony view is across to other balconies where you can only see other people's laundry drying. No rapport from staff or explanation of anything. I had to ask how breakfast worked. The towels provided were frayed at the edges and not new-same towels for 3 days, the floor towel had a dirty footprint on it. The room is very dark and doesn't make you want to stay.

ห้องสกปรกฝุ่นเยอะมากแม่บ้านไม่กวาดฝุ่นใต้เตียงและตามชั้นวางของแถมพูดจาเสียดสีลูกค้าแย่มากส่วนพนักงานต้อนรับดีมากมาส่งที่ห้องแล้วต้องมากวาดและถูห้องใหม่ให้จะไม่ขอเข้าพักที่นี่อีกเพราะความสกปรกของแม่บ้าน

So good hotel with a reasonable price, will come back later.

บรรยากาศโ***น่ากลัว ไม่กล้านอนเลยทั้งคืน หลอนไปหมด ขนาดไปนอนกับแฟนไม่มีอารมณ์จะทำอะไรเลย วังเวงมาก

ห้องกว้าง พนักงานคนไทยคุณภาพมาก แก้ไขปัญหาชับไว ทักษะในการทำงานคล่องแคล่วมาก

พนักงานบริการดี แต่ด้วยพื้นที่จอดรถแคบไปหน่อยไม่ค่อยสะดวก

ห้องที่ได้ไม่ตรงกับรูปที่ลง ทีวีเก่ามาก แอร์รุ่นเก่าเสืยงด้งเล็กน้อยแตเย็นพอควร ตู้เย็นปรับความเย็นไม่ได้ฟรีซอย่างเดียว ไฟในห้องมืดไปหน่อย ช่องระหว่างประตูห้องสามารถได้ยินเสียงคนยืนรอลิฟท์หรือพูดคุยกันก็ได้ยิน สรุป ไม่ประทับใจ

ห้องสมราคาจองผ่านแอฟถูกกว่าค่ะ..ทีวีไม่ค่อยชัดและห้องไม่เก็บเสียงเท่าไร..ทุกห้องจะมีเชือกผูกที่ตัวหูจับ ห็นเขียนไว้ว่าห้ามดึงออก.. รวมๆแล้วก็OK.. เหมาะสมราคาค่ะ

An old hotel, hidden in some dark alley. Nearest convenient store is about 8-10 minutes walk along some really really dark alley. Taxis find it hard to go into the place. Then the room is very old, aircon is noisy. To be honest, I was browsing heritage hotel s*l*m, and I accidentally booked this. So I will make sure to rebook heritahe s*l*m if I ever needed

Pelayanan cukup baik namun hotel sudah ketinggalan zaman dan tidak diperbaharui.
