A super happy experience in this extraordinary hotel in Koh Samui.The impressive services of the hotel started from the moment I wanted to make reservations for delightful dinner, day tour and water tour. My villa host Monica had served me full hearted with details and professional advices. The hotel had arranged Airport pickup service and designated checked in room so we can simply enjoy fully our vacation in Koh Samui
The hotel room Secret chapter was spacious with private pool. The super high head room, stylishness of furniture and decoration, the design concepts, super comfortable bed....all made to exceed expectations. We had reserved a private dinner which was surely another high light of our trip. Our dinner host Brown was so cheerful and taking care of our whole dinner and the dinner was delicious and wonderful under a delicate atmosphere in the restaurant The Page. The dinner was finished in high mode.
The facilities in The Library is outstanding, we borrowed several DVDs that we really enjoy staying indoors.
The Library located at the centre of Koh Samui that took only 15 minutes to the airport. The shopping centre Centre Festival was just in walking distance.The private beach is also lovely with lots of activities.
The overall experience in The Library was wonderful and memorable, we simply enjoy the every second we spend in the hotel.

The Library had everything. The location, great design, stunning sea view, huge and cozy room, nice breakfast, good services and helpful staff. I would give my compliments to the front office staff especially Tik. She really gave an effort to memorise our names and checked out of our needs every time we met.
However, the hotel do need to followup the maintenance for their facilities due to aging.
Lastly, we think they were kind of aggressive on up-selling on everything.

The Library is located at the city center of Koh Samui,very convenience where there is a supermarket just across the street. The employees are very welcoming and super good service where we were greet at all times in the hotel. The hotel has a private beach which no outside visiters can enter which is really nice. Overall very good stay and I will come back again.

地點好，就在查汶大街中，旁邊就是沙灘，玩水很方便！早餐好吃，而且可以看著大海～重點是服務人員都非常親切！而少數的缺點是熱水不太穩定、我住的那間房間似乎沒有清潔好...不過整體而言還是很棒的～

服務人員非常貼心，飯店設備不管是軟硬體都很棒，尤其是在泰國普遍來說水質都不好，但是這家飯店的水質，有令人意外的驚喜，下午的池畔服務，晚上的沙灘酒吧，還可以預約在海灘上享受浪漫早餐，就連離開飯店後，給入住客人的行李吊牌都是個人專屬的，真是非常美好的入住經驗

This hotel fits travelers who are fond of simplicity of hotel design. Location is the best just right at chaweng beach area. Nice breakfast. While service has some room to be improved / air conditioner not working in the morning, the hotel is still recommended.
