ไป ถึงที่พัก พนักงาน แจ้งว่า ห้องที่บุ๊คกิ้ง ไม่เปิดใช้ สระน้ำ ให้ เพิ่ม อีก 300 จะ ได้ อัปเกรด เป็นห้อง ที่ใช้สระน้ำ ได้ เข้ามาในห้อง ไม่ค่อย สะอาด ฝุ่นเยอะ สระ น้ำ ที่เปิดให้ ใช้ ในที่พัก น้ำ ก็ ไม่สะอาด

จองไว้ห้อง2คน. แต่ไปเช็คอินไม่มีห้องเหลือ ให้พักห้องใหญ่ ซึ่งมันใหญ่เกินไปสำหรับ2 คน. เลยให้ย้ายไปโรงแรมในเครือ resort m ที่จอดรถไม่มี

I booked 2 rooms one week in advance, we checked in 6pm and the receptionist told us that only one room is available. Other room has aircon problem. I do understand that but receptionist looks so unprofessional on dealing with this problem. (He did not even prepare another hotel for us before we arrive) he called his mgr, and so they decided us to move (not planned at all) I can understand if we just book on that day, but this?? One week in advance. And they moved us far from the embassy which cost me x2 for my taxi. The purpose why I chose this hotel because so near in the embassy, they moved far.

We had stayed for only 3 days. We like John for being nice on accommodating us. Me and my boyfriend was satisfied with our stay though 3 days is not enough. We will try to comeback. Definitely will. Thanks John for big help. :)

ดีมากเลยคุ้มค่ามากคะ ห้องหกคนถ้ามีเพื่อนหกคนคือคุ้ม แต่สระน้ำคลอลีนมาไปคะกลับมาคันมาก

Dịchvụ khách sạn tốt. Tuy nhiên đi bộ vào hơi xa. Xe điện chỉ phục vụ 8:am đến 8:pm

Pelayanan sepele banget, jauh dari 7/11 ada kantin tapi tak lengkap mau minta diantar ke 7/11. Driver mengarap tip, besok lagi minta di antar lama.

ห้องกว้าง​ นอนสบายมาก​ จองห้อง3คน​ แต่เหมือนห้องจะทำความสะอาดไม่เสร็จทางที่พักจึงอัพเกรดให้เป็นห้องขนาด6คนนอน​ ซึ่งใหญ่มากๆ​ การบริการดี​ ปล.พนักงานเป็นต่างชาติไม่พูดไทยจ้า

staff was very accommodating. The place is so relaxing.

ที่พักอยู่ในซอยลึก เดินไกลมากๆ ของจริงไม่ตรงปก ฝ้ารั่ว ทั้งผ้าปูที่นอน ผ้าห่ม ผ้าม่าน ผ้าเช็ดตัวขาดเป็นรูทั้งนั้น เหมือนเอาของเก่าร้ายๆมาให้ใช้ ห้องอาบน้ำแคบ สระเล็ก เยอะมากบรรยายไม่ไหว ผิดหวังมากๆ

Service was excellent! Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Would definitely go back next time I am in Bangkok.

1. If you arrive before 2 pm. There is not room to keep luggage and charge extra per hour if you want to check in advance 2. Water in the bathroom too bad smell and felt itchy after showering 3. Bedsheet was not changed from last guest and smelled 4. TV has no signal 5. Bathroom floor was wetting which seem no clean for new guest 6. Receptionist forgot to gave me ID card and I cannot check in new hotel. I have to hired the messenger to bring that for me. Eventually decided to check out in 1 hour to change hotel because cannot sleep with itchy and room smell.

คือห้องใหญ่พักหลายคน แต่ห้องน้ำมีแค่ 1ห้อง ผ้าม่านชั้นล่างก็ไม่มีปิดให้ ใช้แค่ต้นไม้บังแต่ก็ยังมองเห็นข้างในอยู่ดี ความสะอาดก็ปานกลาง ที่จอดรถมี แต่สำหรับรถคันเล็กๆเท่านั้น

Mạng thì yếu đến nỗi không xài được, phòng 6 người => 2 ngày đầu thì được qua ngày hôm sau thì đưa có 4 cái khăn tắm. Nhân viên trực đêm thì không thân thiện lắm.

chỗ ở sạch sẽ vì được dọn phòng mỗi ngày. Mình book phòng cho 3 người nhưng lại được ở phòng rộng và thoải mái.có xe chở mình ra gần trạm Ekkamai. chỉ có nước hồ bơi thì bơi xong hơi bị rich

Although I paid for my room already but when I check in, staff told me my room not available for first night. The staff have awful attitude and divided me and my friend into 2 difference room not like what I paid. Awful experience. I asked traveloka and they are answer me yet. Awful support

Overall is ok, except noise from near by rooms for during the night. Wall is too thin.

I booked pool villa at BTS ekamia after I arrived there they said all full then they move us to huaiwang. I hope we ganna get pool villa as In ekamai but no we got apartment.
