Overall the staffs are helpful and nice. But they will enter into your villa after ringing the bell for 1-2 seconds without waiting your respone.

This is my second stay in this resort, very comfortable and quiet, you feel you are different compare to other resort in Phuket (you feel high class here), usually I don't stay in the same hotel when I go to vacation, but this one is a exception, I think I will go there again. Big room, big garden, big swimming pool (not easy to find such a big pool in this area), many water sports can play, 30 mins walk then you can reach a very nice beach, very nice environment!! But you need to prepare to face some bugs problems, this time I saw a baby snake too. Kids activity can be a little improve. Regarding the restaurant, this time they improve alot in the breakfast, but I still suggest they can use better flour to make their bread, also I suggest they can change more often the manu, offer more variety cuisine, since these two restaurant is the only choice you can have when you stay in this resort. Lastly, since the price of the food is not cheap, I suggest they can serve bigger potion.

Staff are very friendly. Many complimentary water activities and we had so much fun. The food from restaurant is delicious too. A pleasant getaway for us.

The idea and design of the hotel is amazing and it made me feel like I am in jungle. The room is cozy and clean. The hotel is quite and relaxing, the restaurants are located near the beach which you can enjoy the meal with a nice view. The hotel staffs are helpful. Overall it is a nice experience to stay with the hotel.

The overall experience is good. Nice beach, nice swimming pool, nice view. The staffs are very helpful and they are very nice. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel and the food is okay too. But there are quite some mosquitoes around the villa and I got 10+ bites during my stay. I also saw some ants and bugs inside the villa. i think that is unavoidable since there are so many trees and grass around. But it would be great if the hotel can do a better work on pest control. My only complain is the water supply in the villa. The hot water supply is not very stable and the tap water has some rusty taste.

Beautiful island and wonderful resort!

十分大自然, 每位員工十分友善, 對每位住客照顧周到, 泳池有infinity pool,對住大海很舒服, 清淨, 休閒,很有度假feel, 早餐美味,房屋很大,乾淨,睡床很舒適~十分喜歡!!

优点：安静，建筑有特色，服务还行 缺点：园林一般，蚊虫多，

飯店在離普吉島五分鐘快艇的naka小島上，島本身很漂亮，非常有渡假的氣氛，飯店整體也令人驚艷，服務人員都很親切，建議住海景的villa，ＳＰＡ也很美，按摩師的技術也不錯，這間飯店唯一的缺點就是，只有兩家餐廳，食物的選項還有品質，跟飯店本身的水準有落差，還有早餐居然沒有新鮮的果汁！如果在吃上面可以再加強，就太完美了！

Except for a tiny fishing village, nothing around on the island. So you have to live with the food provided by the resort, no matter you like it or not, without mentioning the price of everything is as high as that of a luxury skiing resort on Alps.

那个酒店，真的好美，我在网上浏览图片的时候就被它深深吸引了，到了之后也没有让我失望，，大爱啊，就是去之前一定要把英语在巩固巩固，要不然你会非常尴尬，，也希望酒店可以再这方便改善一下

This hotel is old and under renovation- which was not publicized at all. All the main facilities including the large pool area are closed. This, my family was forced to leave the next morning and cancel a whole vacation. We do not recommend anyone with kids to come here.

Amazing resort, friendly people, great food.

We spent 2 amazing nights at the hotel. It was absolutely fabulous. What really put it over the top were the staff! Especially those at the pool/beach. You can’t swim in the beach in the early evening due to the tide (March) but you can do plenty of swimming in the morning and afternoon. The rooms were wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. The gym was small but has what you need for a work out. They have a ferry to the mainland every 30min which is free until about 7:45pm (?). We stayed on the island the whole time and really enjoyed the beach and pool. Would highly recommend.
